Really delicious Ramen and Enrico is a pleasant person. To be honest, we also really liked the previous menu. I suggest adding a little sushi (it was very good!!).

Pleasant discovery in the center of San Giovanni Valdarno. We ate a ramen which was spectacular to say the least and which took us back to Japan. The gyoza were also delicious, balanced in flavor and the accompanying sauce was perfect. Generous portions and excellent prices. I absolutely recommend it!

Very nice place, friendly and welcoming staff. The steamed ravioli made me gag even though I was so hungry and I eat everything, I couldn't eat even one.

The Ramen is exceptional, and Enrico takes great pleasure in explaining his recipes and the journey he made to find the perfect formula for his Ramen to anyone interested.
