Shaki is like feeling at home, every time. We often return because the quality is always very high, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is impeccable. The fried food is among the best we have ever tried, light and crispy to the right point. Great credit to the chef, truly exceptional, and to the owner, always present, kind and passionate. A place we recommend with all our hearts! ❤️

Ristorante a pochi passi dalla Sapienza. Ambiente bello e tranquillo. Prezzi assai competitivi. Non ricordo di aver trovato mai un locale che con 12€ ti include antipasto, primo di pesce, acqua e coperto. Certamente, il prezzo è valido sulle uniche proposte in tal senso, però è davvero valido. Altra particolarità positiva è che si mangia in breve tempo, quindi l'ideale per pranzi di lavoro.

I've been here only one time, last weekend with my father. This place is in the University area, a non very touristic place. We took the meatballs as a starter plus some "broccoletti" vegetables as a side: these two dishes together were delicious. Then, my father had the "cacio e pepe" spaghetti, and he said they were good. I had the gnocchi with scampi cream but they were not as good as expected. The house white wine was good. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was overall good, quite quiet but a bit too dark. Good value pricing. Surely, I need to try more dishes to give a proper review but my advice would be go with the traditional dishes of the Roman cuisine.
