I have been frequenting this hotel for more than thirty years. The friendliness, kindness and warmth of the owners won over my family and me. The staff is also wonderful. The rooms are spotless and the food is excellent.

Cozy hotel, very clean, excellent cuisine, polite staff and owners available for every request, it feels like being with a family, location a stone's throw from the sea, excellent value for money, I highly recommend it

First experience at the Franca hotel, as a celiac, no problem. treatment, friendliness and availability are felt, not just customers but guests. Thanks to Giovanna, Massimo, Mila and collaborators. Well done, keep it up. See you soon👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My family and I stayed in this small hotel a stone's throw from the sea and it was truly a splendid discovery. Here the smile reigns supreme: the owners make you feel at home. Giovanna is a true Romagna native: very sweet and always available; but also Massimo and all the collaborators are always super attentive to every need of the guests, both adults and children. Excellent food and the cleanliness of the spaces was no exception! They were supposed to be days of relaxation and fun and thanks to you everything was perfect! Family-run business, run by a wonderful, kind and hospitable family. The rooms and the whole hotel are clean. The food is excellent, simple and tasty. We stayed the week of August, and although the hotel was full we had a great time. They have great care for the customer. From the owners, waiters and cleaning ladies. We will definitely be back! We returned after 4 years and I can only confirm my review. Returning to the Franca hotel is like being at home, attention and kindness are never lacking! As well as cleanliness and good food! All the other customers also deserve a positive review because staying here is like staying with family!

Good vibes, friendliness and cleanliness are at home in this beautiful family-run hotel. Welcoming owners, super helpful and ready to satisfy every need. Very clean, renovated rooms with renovated bathroom. Excellent Italian breakfast, but other savory delicacies are available on request (or for special needs). Ps. Also the beach in SUPER agreement.

08/01/2024: Ho cenato con mia moglie il giorno 28/12/23. Locale elegante, servizio di livello, il proprietario ci ha veramente coccolato, gentile, con garbo ci consigliato ma non è mai stato invadente. Ci ha offerto un piccolo aperitivo, delizioso, poi abbiamo ordinato, una degustazione di formaggi, con confetture, tutti e 3 i formaggi proposti erano ottimi dai sapori forti e pungenti, a seguire "Guancia di manzo brasata con pure di patate" e "Risotto all'amarone della valpolicella e fonduta di monte veronese giovane" entrambi buonissimi e con materie prima di livello alto. Per finire una fetta di panettone artigianale. Come vino un ottimo valpolicella. Abbiamo passato una bella serata, ci sono state tutte le componenti ideali, bell'ambiente, ottimo servizio, giusti tempi e materie prime di grande livello. Il conto è stato euro 71.00, più che adeguato per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consiglio questo locale.
03/12/2023: Pranzo in collina, in una splendida giornata autunnale di sole. Locanda trovata per caso, tramite THE FORK, ed è stata un’ottima sorpresa. Locale molto carino, casalingo. Accolti da personale veramente gentile. Piatti caserecci ma ben presentati e carichi di sapore. Insomma, pranzo davvero squisito. Prezzo nella media per una qualità delle materie prime molto alta.
