A very well-kept and innovative place, not the classic, overly shiny, dirty floor that I usually find when I eat sushi.
And you can tell from the dishes: it's not the classic all-you-can-eat place where everything looks good but tastes bland. You eat carefully, and even if you wait a little longer because it's not an express restaurant where everything is pre-prepared, you eat dishes cooked to order, which is rare.
So, long live the wait!

I have been there since 2022 probably 7-8/times. 2022 was great i had very happy with foods service . 2023 was okay too. Today i was there and have noticed that service was not like before . I would not say bad but not great . Toilet there was no soap to wash my hands. I was once as waitress for 20 years . Bathroom must have soap by law isn’t it? Or is that for only NewYork.
I felt sad that once it was great then kind of falling out of business of this restaurant.I know that the summer is killing restaurants business . I wish you all the best !!.. GOOD LUCK.

Reading recent reviews, we were worried about food poisoning, but instead we were pleasantly surprised. The all-you-can-eat lunch menu was quite varied, and we appreciated the dishes with original flavors not found in Japanese/Chinese restaurants (I personally really enjoyed the Filipino dishes). There was also the option of opting for the dinner menu at lunch as well. It should be noted that we arrived around 12:30, but the service was prompt, and everything arrived: sure, Chinese restaurants are quicker, but too fast means the dishes were defrosted, so that's fine. We ate almost nothing raw, but we returned last year, including raw fish, and survived without a stomach ache. The only downside is that we've been wanting to return.

Excellent experience at UMAI Sushi in Orbetello, waiting times for the service and the kitchen perfectly compatible with both the standard preparation times and the turnout present. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a roll with sea urchin that we have tried to look for many times in other places but were often disappointed. Also highly recommended is the roll accompanied by potato sfogliama, a perfect combination of hot and cold make this dish unique and tasty. The price is adequate both for the excellent raw material used and for the preparation of the dish. I recommend this place both for the welcome and for the tasty dishes.

I never write these things but these folks are really special 🏆 I came here for quick take away and for some reason took way longer so the manager decided to give me my money back! Food tasted A+ and awesome to see they really care about running a top spot. Definitely make a trip here!

Best Sushi in all we’ve had in along time and we’ve lived in Japan. Amazing service. Sushi’s and soups and food are made fresh. And it’s all you can eat at a very reasonable price. Sushi Chefs and crew are so very welcoming.
