I went to this restaurant for lunch, during a short visit to Orbetello. The restaurant has a modern and welcoming look; the "open" kitchen is very beautiful: the presence of a glass window allows you to observe the chefs preparing the dishes. We had lunch with an all-you-can-eat menu, a 20-euro menu with a maximum of 12 portions each (a number practically impossible to reach, even with a "good fork"), given the abundance of the portions. The menu is not particularly extensive, but the dishes were all very good and plentiful, from sushi to fried foods. Orders are placed from a tablet fixed on the table: an interesting idea, but terrible execution: I got a stiff neck from using it, and the application also crashed while ordering. The service, however, really left something to be desired: although the restaurant was not particularly full, the first course was served to us almost 40 minutes after ordering! Reading the other reviews (even from over 6 months ago), the problem seems to be common. On the other hand, the dishes all arrived, without the need for further reminders. The staff, very approachable, apologized several times for the wait during lunch and even offered us coffee. Restaurant with excellent potential, but service definitely needs improvement in terms of timing.

Very difficult to consume the 12 courses on the menu as they are truly abundant. Unfortunately during my visit the quality level was not always of the same level. The slow service is perhaps justified by fresh preparation without pre-packaged products. Quite acceptable
