Sgrebani's pizzeria In Roana

We had a perfect dinner with four truly delicious pizzas. Thin-crust and loaded with ingredients. We'll definitely be back, not only because of the deliciousness of the pizzas, but also because of the ambiance of the place and the kindness of the staff: young, friendly, and competent, and very quick in their preparation.

I was on the veranda near the beautiful fireplace on Saturday, I ate an excellent pizza, the service was also good, the place was full and the pizzas arrived in 20 minutes

A pleasant surprise in Canove di Roana, it has nothing to envy of other pizzerias in Asiago, but you need to book as it is almost always full even on weekdays (in season obviously).

I must point out that I can only review the bar service, where 4 of us stopped for breakfast. Unfortunately, I must note that disorganization reigns supreme: cumbersome and confusing service and, consequently, very slow even to get pasta and coffee. I saw tables served without following a logical order related to the order of arrival; I saw other customers give up and leave without being served. Here a general reset is needed by reviewing the ABC of the barista, also because it must be said that the pastries are wonderful: the potential of the place is very high, it would be a shame to ruin it with service problems. So, good luck!

I ate a ham and mushroom pizza with Neapolitan dough, you have to add 2€ even if it's not indicated on the menu, it's not bad but it lacks a bit of flavor. Pizza overcooked and a bit dry, not burned though. The friendly owner offered us a umaro.

Modern and welcoming place with an excellent location in the town center and a large parking lot available. The pizzeria also has some outdoor tables where you can sip an excellent spritz in the sun. The pizza is very good and the ingredients are fresh, you should always book a table as the place is very busy. The best is the service which I found rather slow every time.

I think it's among the best pizzas I've eaten on the plateau, beautiful environment in Canove, good pizza, the only flaw is the double shifts, if you book the first one at a certain point they make it clear that you have to get up
