Strolling around Palazzo Vecchio, we discovered Sgrano, a little paradise for those who love schiacciata... even gluten-free! We tried the gluten-free version and it was simply exquisite: fragrant, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients.
There's a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours, but it's absolutely worth it. The service is quick and organized, and if you have any leftovers, you can easily take them away and enjoy them later—they're still delicious.
A must-have for anyone looking for a quick yet authentic lunch in the heart of Florence!

The staff is very kind and they offer every gluten free option! I would like to try the gluten free restaurant at the corner but I have to leave early, until next time!

I was looking for a quick takeout meal with Tuscan flavors. Problem: where to eat gluten-free? Well, Strano saves you on all fronts. A Roman schiacciata filled with all sorts of goodies for just 10 euros... A delight for the palate served up.
I chose crumbled pecorino cheese, honey, and grilled peppers, but there are fillings for all tastes, including vegetarian options.
A celiac traveling in Florence can't miss Sgranò. Right in the historic center.
You can eat takeout or dine in.

Encontrar un restaurante totalmente libre de gluten era tan agradable. Elegimos la opción de bottega y obtuvimos nuestros bocadillos para llevar. Pedir era a través de una pantalla y te dan un número. Soy vegano y pude quitar el queso al hacer el pedido. También tienen cerveza sin gluten. La espera no fue larga y mi sobrina que no está libre de gluten dijo que no sería capaz de decir que el pan era gf.

¡No hay palabras para lo bueno que es Sgrano! Todo está libre de gluten, yo tenía bruschetta y un bocadillo de focaccia, las porciones eran enormes, no podía comer todo mi bocadillo. Mi foto es de 1/2 sandwich. Excelente!
