Incredible gluten free schiacciata. They kindly attapted a vegetarian option to vegan for me and it was delicious. I hope they can add a vegan option with a protein option like smoked tofu, hummus or a cheese made from nuts.

Found it so overwhelming that everything was gluten free. The long queues for takeaway and eating in speaks for itself. The wait for the food wasn’t too long and we really enjoyed what we were served, which we ate sat on a nearby kerb like dozens of other people. Located in a perfect location - on a narrow street with a buzzing atmosphere. This is the one to go for if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch.

We ordered at the walk-up window. Took maybe 15 minutes to get our food. Ate and walked to the Uffizi after. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. For celiacs, it’s worth coming to Florence just for this place (and the Osteria down the street).

GF focaccia was absolutely divine! Such a treat as a gluten free person to get to enjoy a sandwich. Sgrano’s focaccia sandwich is more than just “passable”, it was delicious.

I had to double check that everything was gluten free because it was so good. We went back multiple days because the portions were sizeable enough for multiple meals.

Love a place that does a few things on the menu but does them really well. All gluten free so great for coeliacs, really great quality bread. Best GF sandwich I’ve ever had!

We got a sandwich to go. It was incredibly delicious, and ordering was quick. Since it was busy, we had to wait 5-10 minutes, but it was completely fine.
The price is also very fair. A 0.5 liter of water cost only €1, and a Coke only €2.

Encontrar un restaurante totalmente libre de gluten era tan agradable. Elegimos la opción de bottega y obtuvimos nuestros bocadillos para llevar. Pedir era a través de una pantalla y te dan un número. Soy vegano y pude quitar el queso al hacer el pedido. También tienen cerveza sin gluten. La espera no fue larga y mi sobrina que no está libre de gluten dijo que no sería capaz de decir que el pan era gf.

Una buona schiacciata, vengono offerte diverse soluzioni. Si può scegliere diverse soluzioni che possono accontentare i palati di tutti. Hanno un ottima birra artigianale e la schiacciata con lardo di colonnata, pecorino, rucola e miele è fantastica. Essendo un po' piccolo si mangia un po' "vicini".
