I had dinner with a friend. We had the cuddles with vegetables and burrata, a flatbread each, a beer and a glass of wine. All delicious and generous portions. We were full and couldn't try the desserts, but I bought a pack of cantuccini to take home!
Ordered at the takeaway window, and it was a bit chaotic with no proper queue. But the staff member on the till was really nice, helped me understand how they’d call out my order number.
The bread was really good, had a lovely crunchy crust. I ordered the number 11, mortadella di prato, and found the fillings a little plain. I would have liked more crema di pomodomi secchi, or olive oil brushed on the bread.
But to get a gluten free sandwich to go, freshly made, Sgrano is your place to go.

Excellent flatbread, small place and at rush hour there is a bit of a wait, but it's worth it.

Nothing to say about the gluten-free flatbread, very good. However, I fear that the quality of the cooked meat inside wasn't the best, cut very thick, very fatty, it looked like one of those cooked toast items costing a few euros per kg. I would improve this aspect

I came for the first time last year and dreamed of their dunk until I tried it again today.
A literally dream dunk.
Highly recommended for both celiac and non-celiac people.

Cozy but very welcoming atmosphere. Entirely gluten free, delicious proposal served in abundant quantities. Helpful and welcoming staff. ABSOLUTELY recommended :-)

EVERYTHING GLUTEN FREE!
Really good flatbread, it's cheap and doesn't even look like it's gluten-free.
Abundant and very good toppings.
Wide variety of products and all very good.
The place is quite small and if you order takeaway you have to wait outside because otherwise you won't be able to move freely inside.

We honestly could have shared one between the two of us! Huge portions that meant we didn't even have to eat dinner. Delicious and fresh - excellent for gluten free. Highly recommend.

In un piccolo spazio ricavato nella storia di una città gloriosa, non distante dalla casa museo di Dante Alighieri, si distingue un grazioso locale dal nome simpaticamente familiare che accoglie il cliente in modo semplice e cortese proponendo sfiziose rappresentazioni di street food, quali coccoli e schiacciate ottimamente farcite e dal gusto superlativo.
