Pasta Chef - Street Food Gourmet

11/01/2025: Carbonara strong flavor but incredible! The best we have tried, fettuccine with Bolognese ragù, very delicious too.

The owner is very nice and explains the food to you if possible in your language, he must be very used to travelers. The carbonara warns you that it is very "strong", which is the Roman style. It really is very salty. The guaciale is just right and the pasta is al dente, but because it is so salty the paste becomes dense and heavy.
