Very good pizza but they put a €5 surcharge, compared to the menu, on takeaway pizzas for no reason

Excellent pizza, very high quality

On holiday in Marcelli, browsing Google in search of a quiet place to have dinner, this pizzeria "Sfumature di pizza" popped up. With the great reviews, we decided to try the cuisine. The pizzeria is within a condominium area with the possibility of free street parking. The reviews spoke the truth, a pizza like this remains in your palate's memory, worthy of winning a world championship: excellent organic dough (also with hemp flour or other grains upon request), fresh ingredients and mostly self-produced. The owner is very kind and diligent in explaining dishes and suggesting alternatives in case of allergies. A liquorice liqueur of their own production at the end of dinner was the icing on the cake. Excellent quality/price ratio. Too bad we're only here on holiday for a few more days otherwise they would have two new regular customers.

Pizzeria a due passi dalla litoranea di Marcelli ma senza la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio, perché leggermente lontana dalla via principale. Previa prenotazione, ci siamo accomodati e abbiamo scelto le pizze due classiche e due gourmet. Abbinati ben riusciti per tutte le pizze prese: parmigianaa, tartufata, festa di campagna e carpaccio di tonno. Si ha la possibilità di cambiare l'impasto dalla farina di tipo2 che confermo sia ottima, per la sua sofficità e digeribilità, con quella di Canapa e un altra farina "speciale". Il menù che trovate sul sito è in parte aggiornato sia come gusti di pizze e come prezzi (che sono aumentati) Non si trova la solita scelta di fritti, ma antipasti vari Per le bevande, si possono scegliere sia birre alla spina che in bottiglia e bibite in lattina. Tavoli solo esterni, ma abbiamo sofferto abbastanza il caldo l'unica "pecca della serata"; prossima volta proveremo a chiedere di sederci vicino l'ingresso.

After making a reservation, we sat down and chose two classic and two gourmet pizzas. Successful combinations for all the pizzas taken: parmigianaa, tartufata, country feast and tuna carpaccio. You have the possibility of changing the dough from type 2 flour which I confirm is excellent, due to its softness and digestibility, with hemp flour and another "special" flour. The menu you find on the site is partly updated both in terms of pizza flavors and prices (which have increased) You won't find the usual choice of fried foods, but various appetizers For drinks, you can choose both draft and bottled beers and canned drinks. Only outdoor tables, but we suffered quite a bit from the heat, the only "flaw of the evening"; next time we will try to ask to sit near the entrance.

Pizza particolare con farina pregiata e prodotti di livello che arrivano direttamente dalla loro azienda agricola; una pizza diversa dalle “solite” che consigliano vivamente di provare. Non ho messo il massimo del punteggio per via della location che si presenta con un discreto contesto senza pretese.
