Second time in this place! What can I say? Excellent service, spaghetti all'assassina never eaten so good and excellent quality meat!! The diaphragm melted in the mouth. We will return another 1000 times!

Local in the center of the town, not reachable by car but not far (perhaps because it was a holiday) the menu has a meat base that is cooked on the spot with the possibility of choosing the raw piece in the display case. The only flaw is the small place even if there is the possibility of eating outside, in the summer period, very sociable but professional staff. As said before, since the place is small (inside) I would not recommend it to disabled people. Fresh food and very good dishes.

Forse sarà difficile rendere l’idea soprattutto della qualità della carne e tutto il resto, dalla tartare agli ottimi primi, non ultimo l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.In tutta sincerità, le recensioni negative che ho letto evidentemente comprendevano astio personale con la proprietà, in quanto a mio avviso totalmente infondate.

Locale molto elegante e pulito,personale gentilissimo,cortese...servizio rapidissimo nonostante il locale fosse pieno...Carne davvero ottima,prodotti freschi e di qualità...consigliatissimo!!!

29/05/2025: This place is a delightful spot with a cozy atmosphere and a commendable selection of wines. The ambiance is relaxed, making it perfect for an evening out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, assisting in selecting wines that suit your palate. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that the service, while warm, was a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, it didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant wine bar in Putignano.
