I came on the advice of an acquaintance who raved about this pizzeria. I'll start by saying that we didn't have the farinata but two pan pizzas. Honestly, normal pizza. It wasn't the type of pan I like (tall and soft) but more "biscuit-like". Nice place and friendly staff.

We were there last night for my daughter's birthday and we had a great time in everything... helpful and smiling staff, fast and efficient service and pizzas.....superlative!!!!!!!! I had the Sottobosco, that is, ham and mushrooms....and in all these years I have never eaten one like this with ham and finely chopped mushrooms...... excellent and original in taste also the beer.....then the improvised but perfect cake and with the candle on top made my daughter very happy...... CONGRATULATIONS FABIO!!!!! Keep it up, we will be back very willingly and well done everyone!!!!!

I often go to eat pizza and farinata at Sfarinando. I have intolerance problems and a restrictive diet regarding salt, digestibility and food combinations, but I have never had any problems. Highly recommended! Excellent ingredients, friendly staff and excellent choice of menus. The promotions are satisfactory.

I went for lunch on Saturday, menu with 3 tastings of starters, 1 first course and 1 second course with a side dish of your choice from various options, dessert and water €18 Absolutely recommended restaurant if you are in Fiano or in the surrounding area. Reservation recommended given the few places available, if it is hot there is also an outdoor area.

02/07/2025: Excellent seafood dishes. The paella is delicious, upon reservation. The desserts are also good. Competent and professional service. The pizza is also good.
30/06/2025: Even though I had little time to order a take-out pizza, the experience was definitely positive. The prices are fair and the atmosphere of the place, when it is not excessively crowded, is pleasant and relaxing. I ordered a pizza alla diavola and I found it really good, in particular the spicy salami was of excellent quality. My overall rating is 5/5.
