Seven Lanka In Roma

Amazing food, with great variety and a nice atmosphere. Enjoyed my meal there. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to experience Sri Lankan cuisine in Rome.

Food was tasty & short eats were available and large portions. Friendly service was provided. However not all varieties were available.For eg: Hopper’s. Only thing lacking is the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet & Sink, no toilet paper available and to dry your hands no dryer either. Because we have to wash the hands in the only available toilet. Note - Above comments are constructive criticism to improve the overall quality of the restaurant.

We ran in to this Gem while on holiday in Rome,food was authentic srilankan cuisine filled with plenty of homemade flavours Nissansala & Ranjith was the absolute Best ,typical srilankan hospitality thus very reasonably priced ,they very happily called us a taxi so we could get back to our hotel , if you’re visiting or around the area please give them a try ,you will NOT be a Disappointed ,keep up the Good work Guys !!!

Seven Lanka's is a gem for Sri Lankan food. It was my first time in Rome and was I very glad to have been taken there for Sri Lankan food! The food was tasty (just like in Sri Lanka), a good variety (especially as I am vegetarian), the owners and servers were friendly and helpful, and the wattalapam yum! If I return to Rome, it is a definite must-visit location for me! Thank you for the time!

They make a range of meat and vegetable curries daily--beef, chicken, tuna, yellow lentils, wilted greens, green beans, carrots, etc. Some are spicy and some are mild, depending on the food and the preparation. Their food is healthy and tasty, and the price is very reasonable. I did both take out and ate here often during my stay in Rome and did not experience any issues. It's a small, simple place, a short walk from the Termini train/metro station in Rome. Recommended for those who like Sri Lanka, Indian, or Middle Eastern food.
