Excellent Sri Lankan restaurant! Very tasty and authentic dishes, well-balanced spices, and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended for those who want to try something different!

My wife and I are both Sri Lankan and live in the United States. On our first day visiting Rome, we were walking around and saw this place. We were not hungry but we don’t have a single Sri Lankan restaurant where we live in the USA so we stopped in for some short eats (fish rolls) and to see what else they had. The food we tried was authentic and tasted great. I really wish we had this place at home, the rest of the food looked so good. The staff are really friendly Sri Lankan people and we don’t have a single complaint about this place. If you want to try some authentic food from Sri Lanka while in Rome, this is a great place to try it.

7Lanka is a wonderful Sri Lankan authentic food restaurant in Rome. The food is absolutely delicious and full of rich, traditional flavors. Everything tastes fresh and well-prepared, just like home-style Sri Lankan cooking. The portions are generous and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy real Sri Lankan cuisine in Rome!

A Sri Lankan friend recommended this place, and the food is truly delicious—everything is homemade! The owner is very friendly and eager to explain the ingredients. Be warned, though, that when he says "lightly spicy," for those who aren't used to it, it's still very strong.

A truly comfortable place. The owners are friendly and helpful. I'm vegan, and being able to order one of their rice dishes with whatever vegetables I want is very convenient. But until recently, I also ate meat, and I really miss their chicken, pork, tuna, and other dishes. They're delicious, and I don't know of any others like them nearby.

If you want to taste real Sri Lankan cuisine, an explosion of flavours, then you are in the right place.

Great authentic Sri Lankan food in Rome.We were on our vacation and just went there for a meal. We loved it and we ate from this restaurant pretty much every day in Rome. The owners are very nice and they accommodate what we requested. Ask them to make fried Tilapia with Yuca, the best. Their biriyani, Chinese set men, rice and curry, and short eats are very good. We had very good authentic Sri Lankan food after a long time. If you are in Rome try this place. Highly recommended.
