I've worked as a waitress in five-star hotels, but this is the first time I've seen such perfect service. Perfection in management lies in the waiters' collaboration. It was sublime to watch them and to think that there are still some out there who work with heart.

Excellent restaurant with well-prepared and tasty dishes, friendly and professional staff, and reasonable prices. The musical-themed evenings are lovely and worth a try.

A stunning location, very spacious and well-maintained, both the facilities and the extensive grounds. The food and drinks were plentiful, and everything was delicious. We met Barbara and Roby about a year before our wedding and immediately fell in love with their professionalism and, above all, their kindness. They are two people with hearts of gold who love their work and immediately made us feel part of a big family. We stayed in touch by phone for a whole year, providing advice and guidance, organizing everything flawlessly down to the smallest detail. The result was an extraordinary day for all our guests to see—not just a wedding, but a family celebration. THANK YOU!!

Absolutely exceptional! We chose Il Setaccio for our wedding, which took place on Saturday 21.06, and what can we say except that they were exceptional! Barbara, Roberto and the chef are absolutely prepared as well as being available to deal with requests that can vary from alternative menus to details related to the wedding itself. We received so many compliments, starting from the location, unique and beautiful, passing through the rich and very well-prepared buffet and ending with the dinner and the fireworks that crowned the cutting of the cake. This too, together with the dessert buffet, were highly appreciated. So we conclude by saying that we would choose Il Setaccio a million more times: super!! Nicole & Alessandro

Wonderful experience at Alessandro and Nicole's wedding. Suggestive location, impeccable service. Despite the need for a special menu (gluten and dairy free) I was presented with delicious dishes... a huge thank you to all the dining room and kitchen staff, to the maitre Mr. Roberto, with an extraordinary courtesy and friendliness, and to Mrs. Barbara who with her wonderful plant-based desserts definitely won me over!
