An absolutely enchanting place, like everything else, food, wine and service at the top, true masters to make important days truly special, a heartfelt thank you for making everything so beautiful and accompanied by tasty and refined dishes.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and the experience was impeccable. The furnishings are refined and the location is very elegant and sophisticated. The food is very tasty and appetizing, thanks to the touch of reinterpretation that makes even traditional dishes creative. The portions are fair and well plated. I must compliment the service: the waiter was impeccable. Professional, courteous, helpful, welcoming, attentive… and always with a smile. He made us feel like we were at home. It was truly a great experience and I will definitely return.

Lovely place, sublime food and warm, welcoming room with a truly fantastic atmosphere. Finally, the most important thing is the presence of Roberto, always available, attentive and thoughtful, he always makes us feel pampered. Places like this must be taken as a model. Well done!

What can I say, for us the sieve wasn't simply a restaurant, it was a home. From the beginning they made us feel part of a big family, and this is what made us decide lightly on what would be the reception location for our wedding. Each member of the staff made our day special, who under the direction of the fantastic Roberto and Barbara, took care of every single detail, going beyond our expectations. The restaurant is wonderful, as is the Erghest cuisine which we really can't wait to try again. We chose Il Setaccio for our wedding, a wonderful location also suitable for any type of unexpected weather event. The attention, precision, sweetness of the staff are unparalleled, Andrea, Barbara, Roberto and all their collaborators are truly true professionals who fulfill every need that is requested. The chef and all his staff take care of each dish with attention and the cuisine is excellent, refined and plentiful. The cake made by Barbara, beautiful and delicious. Everything truly perfect. I recently celebrated my wedding at the Il Setaccio Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience! The location is well looked after and allows you to have a beautiful view of Longiano, on the hill opposite, the food is excellent and plentiful (no one will go home hungry I assure you), the staff is quick and helpful. Both we and the guests had a great time and everything went in the best possible way. Congratulations to Roberto and Barbara who supported us in organizing the wedding at the facility and who demonstrated unique professionalism and attention.

Formidable location for conferences, banquets and weddings. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, the large park illuminated with rows of light bulbs is very suggestive in the evening. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers, Roberto explains the preparation of the dishes with great emphasis and professionalism as is the professionalism of the staff in general.
