The new location is beautiful and welcoming, but what really makes the difference is the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Always available and smiling, they make every visit a pleasure. The desserts are excellent as always!

The new place is nice, but it doesn't have a disabled access ramp...in 2025.
The quality of the food is average, but it fades as soon as you deal with the staff.
Disorganized and unpleasant, especially the guy with the queue.
After years, they still haven't solved their biggest problem: managing the dining room.

The food is undoubtedly good and of quality: you can feel the attention to the ingredients and preparation. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes the experience pleasant in many ways. However, the service is very slow: it is not the right place if you are in a hurry.
A sour note, especially in 2025, is the lack of alternatives to cow's milk: only soy as a vegetal option is not enough, especially in a pastry shop where you would expect more attention to different needs.
The prices are a little above average - partly justified by the quality - but some are really exaggerated: a simple cream brioche with a little fruit for €6 is difficult to digest, even if well made.
