10/09/2024: I know the place and also the owner, a very helpful person and very good both with the preparation of pizza and meat dishes. A rich menu of first and second courses and an infinite list of pizzas. Try his best pizza... let him tell you your name. Quality products and correct dough leavening. Possibility to also choose with mixtures of other flours. COMPLIMENTS.

02/08/2024: Finally a pizzeria that managed to surprise me after a long time. Impeccable hygiene. They have kamut dough (alas too rare around) which allows the production of super digestible products. I also tried the wholemeal dough and I must say that the pizza chef managed to treat it very well: superb cooking, a low and crunchy classic Roman style pizza that maintains its structure without overwhelming the ingredients, while still making its delicate and welcoming taste felt. Splendid composition also in the kebab pizza: light and tasty meat, right proportion of ingredients and above all the classic iceberg salad was not used which is too often abused with kebabs and which however releases too much liquid. Another gem was the tasty, home-made chilli oil. Regarding the staff: nice and always present head waitress (which is not to be taken for granted given that there was only me in the room and often the fewer people there are the more neglected one is), another nice, helpful and friendly waitress printed a receipt for me regular (another banality that often escapes even the most renowned places) also showing me the possibility of home delivery. In short, whether you are in the area or not, it is a pizzeria that is worth trying at 360 degrees. Super recommended and I must admit that I will definitely return.
