They have a wide variety of arancini, some of which I have never had before like the salmon and pistachio ones. Authentic and delicious highly recommend it!

Dopo una pessima esperienza in una (asseritamente) rinomata pasticceria/rosticceria catanese in centro, ho voluto provare questa friggitoria, recentemente rinnovata. Ciò che colpisce subito è la sensazione di pulito e di ordine del locale, in cui preparano sul momento vari tipi di arancini catanesi facendo una seconda panatura su quella del prodotto pronto in frigo che, immediatamente dopo, viene fritto. Disponibili vari tipi, anche dolci; ma il classico al ragù resta, a mio parere, il migliore. Possibilità di asporto o di consumazione in loco, anche se i posti sono pochi. Prezzi forse un po' altini (da €2,50 a salire), ma inferiori ad altri visti altrove pur senza la stessa qualità di questi. Complimenti da un palermitano, quando tornerò a Catania verrò nuovamente lì!
