We took the takeaway menu for New Year's Eve, really good value for money, excellent service, a nice place, a very welcoming environment.

Vegan options. I have to say, all very good. I appreciated the fried foods even if I didn't notice the vegan 'nduja in the aubergine medallions. I madly loved the vegan pizza with porcini mushrooms and truffle sauce. To be repeated.

Family run restaurant. excellent value for money, everything very delicious....fixed price menu for lunch. with the addition of a small difference we chose something extra. Highly recommended.

We went as a family (2 adults, 2 hungry teenagers, 1 little girl) for dinner on Saturday... An intimate and familiar environment, excellent cuisine, maximum availability and professionalism of the staff! Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended. 💯

Small and welcoming restaurant in the Tor Vergata area, with many vegan options, including pinsa. We tried three first courses, one with porcini mushrooms and truffle, the other with a pistachio cream and finally the water and flour pasta with Redefine meat ragù. Everything special! We also tried the Redefine meat frankfurters accompanied by fried sweet potatoes, delicious! The desserts are also very good!

We went to dinner because we saw that they had vegan options on the menu and the truth is that it surprised us a lot. The place is very striking. The staff is super attentive and the food is exquisite. Allergens and vegan dishes are very well marked on the menu, something that makes it very simple when it comes to seeing the options. We ordered two starters and then each one with a main course and we loved everything. The hummus is super delicious, as are the tempura vegetables. Without a doubt, pistachio gnocchi are a delicacy. We each had a different dessert, I chose the sweet vegan option which consists of apple coated in fried sweet dough and vegan ice cream and the truth is that I was delighted. I loved that when the first ones were picking us up, I asked them not to take the little hummus that we had left because it was delicious and the waiter, seeing that I had no more bread left, brought us a few more slices so we could continue enjoying. The prices are very affordable, the portions are filling. Although it is a little on the outskirts, it is definitely a place worth going to.

Excellent for both lunch and dinner

Vegan options are also available at this location. At lunch you can choose from one of the set menus, which are really convenient. The dishes are all excellent, I often go there with my partner and we are always satisfied. I absolutely recommend it also for dinner to try one of the dishes on the à la carte menu. Excellent value for money!
