Seoul Restaurant In Roma

Very authentic Korean cuisine, just like what I had in Seoul! Such a great experience. The kimchi stir-fried pork belly is an absolute must-try!

I was getting a little tired of cheese, so I decided to try this restaurant. It's located in the basement, but they serve authentic Korean food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Wow, it's just so delicious. I think I would have thought it was good even if this were made in Korea. The umami in the cold noodles is insane, and the soybean paste stew is just legendary. But the real kick was the tteokbokki. The spicy pork was tasty too. Ugh, I feel like I just have to come back to try every single item on the menu.

Today is August 6, 2026. France ~ Camino de Santiago (French Way) ~ Spain ~ Portugal ~ Here in Rome ~ Today is Day 30 of my Europe trip. I am returning home from Rome Airport at 9 PM. Over the past 30 days, I have eaten Korean-style dishes at Chinese-run restaurants two or three times. I walked around downtown Rome before heading to the airport today. Since the Korean owner runs the place personally, it is authentic Korean food, not fake. I had the spicy stir-fried pork... I really want to try other dishes too, but since it is Rome, the price is high if you order two, haha. The staff are foreigners, but they all speak short bursts of Korean. It is truly authentic Korean food, so please make sure to visit.

Fantastic 5-star experience! I ordered a beef short rib soup with rice noodles for takeout: an authentic Korean dish, truly delicious and a generous portion. Once I got home, I also had a wonderful surprise: they had added some traditional side dishes with rice, kimchi, and bean sprouts to the bag for free! Now I understand why the bag was so heavy! Their customer service truly makes a difference, and I really appreciated it. The place is welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The staff is simply top-notch when it comes to hospitality: I received invaluable help choosing my dish, and the girl at the cash register was incredibly kind and cheerful, with a truly serene smile. If you're craving authentic Korean food, this is the place. I'll definitely be back!

It was really delicious, although my friend thought it was just average, but I thought it was great. The service was just okay; everyone seemed a bit indifferent, but it wasn't terrible either, nothing special.

I've been frequenting this restaurant for a few years now, and I dare say it's among the best Korean restaurants in Rome, if not the best, far better than many other, perhaps more well-known, restaurants. The flavors are close to authentic Korean cuisine without being adapted to Western palates. It's rarely visited by tourists (which is a good thing), generous portions, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The cuisine is straightforward, with simple, no-frills flavors. The bossam and galbi jjim are highly recommended (if you're enjoying cooler weather, perhaps). Quick and efficient service. A must-try.
