Sentaku In Bologna

I've been a regular customer for years now, everything is always impeccable, it's really a shame only for the chef who forgets the extra noodles every time, he has to be reminded of them on time and they arrive when I've run out of broth.

The "without reservation" formula is interesting for those who want to have a quick and hot meal. Honestly, though, I expected something more from the ramen itself. I took the wagyu ramen which certainly had a very good broth and meat, but the remaining dish was meager in quantity and not of great quality (noodles definitely not made by them). It's a shame, because with a plate of €26 you almost wake up still hungry (and I'm not that big of a glutton). Very fast service and very kind guys, but prices a little too high for the dishes offered and the place which in any case does not recall Japan at all.

Tasty broth, soft meat and egg 🤤. I recommend going quite early because there is always a long queue outside the venue. A few steps away from the venue there is also my favorite Irish pub (Madigan's) where there are never too many people and the staff is super friendly!

The ramen in Bologna is Sentaku Ramen Bar. Absolutely the best around. The place is small and, especially on weekends, it is recommended to arrive a little before the usual 9pm. It rightly doesn't accept reservations but, especially for small groups of up to 4 people, the queue flows well. Don't expect a very big place, you eat practically at the counter but this is also part of the experience. We also had some appetizers but generally with just a portion of Ramen we can be very full. Possibility of vegetarian ramen. Highly recommended.

Recommended place, very knowledgeable staff and super drinks!

The seasoning of the ramen is good, unfortunately for me as I don't tolerate gluten well there is no alternative (for goodness sake it's not their fault...I wish there had also been soy or rice spaghetti...since it's packaged anyway) ) I ate some noodles anyway. The noodles are bagged so I don't think they make them. Personally I find it an uncomfortable place, it's narrow and you eat elbow to elbow on high stools against the bar counter. I took the €25 ramen with Kobe meat, a very thin slice (I understand that if real, it's expensive) it still melts in your mouth, but apart from that mini slice of meat, half an egg and the noodles, there was practically nothing in the broth. For the exact same price and quality I prefer to eat comfortably at a table... I wouldn't go back

Aesthetically a nice place but not up to expectations. Service with some flaws (listeningly slamming the bottle of sake on the table also doesn't). Good gyoza, good karaage, ramen we're not quite there. The cost of ramen is not low. The ordering method inspired by a certain Japanese chain is very nice. It's a shame that I marked the extras on the order sheet which were divided into two bowls of different ramen (from a person with me who would have preferred a version without additions). Fairly poor quality noodles, average broth, too tough chashu. Lots of little things that can be improved. A real shame for a place that focuses on ramen.

Good food, but at that price you have to guarantee comfort. Impossible to enjoy the meal, you eat on top of each other and you have no room to maneuver

Very good (I had the duck ramen) but you eat in a hurry to free up the place since the place is very small and there is a queue outside.

Beautiful experience, tasty ramen and excellent and abundant appetizers. Small just like a Japanese ramen bar, in fact it was a little too hot inside. Good service.
