The food was good but I'm vegetarian and the Aka-miso ramen is good but after a little of eating the broth can start to taste salty. Overall the food is really good and would definitely recommend. Just get there quick because it could get really packed in there.

I liked the place a lot. The concept of a typical Japanese ramen restaurant, excellent food, fast service, more than honest prices when compared to the fact of being in the center of Bologna. I will go back as soon as possible to try the other ramen. Advised

My first...and my second Ramen. So good that I went back another time (I'll go back again). Stratospheric food, delicious dishes, good service and a small but well-kept location. Put your soul at rest and queue up for a dish that, upon exiting, will make you say "I'm really happy". Only flaw: high price.

Exceptional Ramen, the best tried in Bologna so far among many. The place is welcoming and informal, with excellent music and recalls a traditional Japanese ramen bar: seats next to each other to have a quick meal and leave room for those who come after us. For this reason we do not accept reservations but we put ourselves on the waiting list at the beginning of the evening and return when there is room. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately the desserts are given away and cannot be consumed on site, again for the same reason. But it's absolutely worth it. Advised!

Japanese ramen with a street food style, Nasu-Kinoko Paitan ramen is incredibly tasty (other appetizers are good but nothing special). No booking service which makes sense in order to avoid bookings called off. Atmosphere could be improved. Place is tiny, in line with usual ramen bar you find in Japan, but the lacks of space is visible and you feel like pressed inside plus music could be lesser louder Overall though a recommended Japanese with one of the best ramen ever tried! Without a doubt a very tasty ramen. After 2 trips to Japan I can say that the taste undoubtedly takes you back to the places of the rising sun Unfortunately, the method of accessing the venue with a sort of on-site reservation is extremely inconvenient, which isn't the best but you can deal with it A note on the dessert: we asked for a Dorayaki but the latter was taken from a supermarket package in a refrigerator and delivered by hand at a cost of 3 euros. In my opinion it's really in bad taste, also given the very low quality of the same which contrasts with the high quality of the other products offered by the place. 2 ramen, a portion of 5 ravioli, a water and dorayaki 53 euros not a lot, but the offer of such a product of this quality is rare. Advised.

Very nice ramen with a pleasant atmosphere. A little too crowded and without the option to reserve a table but still 5/5.
