Nice place, where you can eat ramen or some snacks like bao. It is not possible to book. Suitable for a quick meal: there are tables at the counter with high chairs. Very fast service, very good food. Prices are not cheap: a plate of ramen costs on average 15-16 euros.

An excellent ramen although I personally have eaten better ones, however the quality of the noodles is very good and the broth also tastes great, overall I am satisfied. Too bad about the place, too small and with stools and high tables, the seats are very close together and narrow, I've been to Japan and eaten in similar places, which usually also have options of tables with chairs, being in Italy I would also recommend including some classic tables and chairs, although unfortunately there is no space for this in the room. In any case, the cooking is very fast and the table service is courteous, fast and polite.

Ramen in my opinion is average, perhaps we were slightly disappointed because it doesn't fully reflect what they, with great skill, show on social media.
There are many small details that could be improved (for example the pasta taken directly from the bags in front of the customer or the different dishes arriving with a good time difference, despite the semi-empty place) but the guys are kind and calm.
I can't say if it's really the best/worst in Bologna because I have no comparison in the city, but among all those I've tasted around the world I consider it a 6 experience.

After spending two weeks in Japan I can confirm that the ramen is excellent.
The staff is friendly and available for questions and requests.
The place is welcoming and just like in a classic Japanese restaurant there is the possibility of eating directly in front of the kitchen, making the experience even more pleasant and unique.

Excellent pastas. Tables also outside. Various newspapers plus sports newspaper. Fast and friendly service based on people. Clean bathroom.

A good ramen. The meat, noodles and broth were very good.
€16 is a similar price to the average so it's ok, in the end it was filling because there were a lot of noodles.
The place is small with chairs very close together and you can sit in front of the kitchen to watch the chefs cooking.
I expected better, definitely not the best ramen I've ever eaten.
Let me start by saying that I have never been to Japan to eat it so I don't know what it should really be like.

Living in Asia, I found this Ramen Bar in Bologna and wanted to see if the level was adequate. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the broth and the meat, with a special mention for the pork belly and the chicken and pork broth. The use of cucumbers is excellent, highly recommended.
