15/08/2025: Drawn to Roman cuisine, I want to try this place. Let me start by saying that their cacio e pepe is truly a special dish worth trying, very tasty and flavorful, creamy and well-seasoned, just as it should be, made by expert hands. For me, Roman pasta dishes should also have plenty of sauce, so you can mop up the sauce with it, and here I lived up to expectations. Overall, every dish is very good, everything is truly well-made, both the appetizers and the first courses, and there's a nice selection of wines. What I wasn't thrilled with were the portion sizes of some of the dishes, the menu featuring few typical dishes, but that's just my personal opinion; I'm assured, however, that it changes frequently to ensure the freshness of the ingredients; and finally, the bill, which isn't exactly cheap. When it's on the menu, I'm very curious to come and try the carbonara.
