My wife and I have been coming to Italy every year for the past 8 years, and these are the best pizzas we’ve ever had. On top of that, the owner is very professional, welcoming, and friendly, and it’s clear he has mastered his craft. Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: Quality food, great atmosphere right by the cathedral. You can ask for gluten-free pizza (it isn’t indicated in the menu, but it’s very tasty)! Kind and polite staff, quick service.
13/08/2025: I had the pork tenderloin with black cherries, a King Fosco reduction, and pistachios. The meat was cooked impeccably and the flavor was sublime. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The girl behind the bar was cheerful and helpful.
