Excellent pastries and specialty coffee, a wealth of passion, quality, and ongoing research. Matteo works practically alone, but is always open to a chat and discussion, especially about specialty coffee. We also saw many interesting wines, including natural ones, which we'll be tasting soon.

Top-quality ingredients, sourdough starter, stone-ground flour, natural vanilla, tonka bean... a completely different experience from the usual Parma bakeries. The leavened pastries and cream-filled cream puffs are top-notch.

Pleasantly surprised! Incredible puff pastry pastries, a passionate pastry chef, and excellent coffee (they offer various blends and extractions, definitely a coffee lover). The cappuccino was creamy and full-flavored, perfect as well. I'm sure I'll be back many times for breakfast before work. Plus, in the summer they have outdoor seating, which is in the shade of the building and therefore not excessively hot, while for colder or inclement weather they set up a small room right next to the bar.
