Excellent pastries and specialty coffee, a wealth of passion, quality, and ongoing research. Matteo works practically alone, but is always open to a chat and discussion, especially about specialty coffee. We also saw many interesting wines, including natural ones, which we'll be tasting soon.

Top-quality ingredients, sourdough starter, stone-ground flour, natural vanilla, tonka bean... a completely different experience from the usual Parma bakeries. The leavened pastries and cream-filled cream puffs are top-notch.

Pleasantly surprised! Incredible puff pastry pastries, a passionate pastry chef, and excellent coffee (they offer various blends and extractions, definitely a coffee lover). The cappuccino was creamy and full-flavored, perfect as well. I'm sure I'll be back many times for breakfast before work. Plus, in the summer they have outdoor seating, which is in the shade of the building and therefore not excessively hot, while for colder or inclement weather they set up a small room right next to the bar. I have been going there for over 1 year and have never been treated badly. For me, the pastas are delicious and of high quality. Anyone who claims that you spend so much evidently has no idea how much certain ingredients cost and how long it takes to prepare them, so it would be better to head 50m away and spend 3.50 euros to have a semi-industrial pasta and an espresso coffee made with questionable blends...alternatively Lavazza and Fiesta coffees are always a good option. Furthermore, a little bit of empathy towards those who work hard to offer an excellent quality treat would be appreciated, but instead I have often seen many opinionated people (including families with children who should be kept in their place) who would do polite people a favor by staying at home.
