I have been going there for over 1 year and have never been treated badly. For me, the pastas are delicious and of high quality. Anyone who claims that you spend so much evidently has no idea how much certain ingredients cost and how long it takes to prepare them, so it would be better to head 50m away and spend 3.50 euros to have a semi-industrial pasta and an espresso coffee made with questionable blends...alternatively Lavazza and Fiesta coffees are always a good option. Furthermore, a little bit of empathy towards those who work hard to offer an excellent quality treat would be appreciated, but instead I have often seen many opinionated people (including families with children who should be kept in their place) who would do polite people a favor by staying at home.
