Wonderful location in an almost medieval context....well-prepared dishes and very efficient staff, even the owner makes you feel at home and at ease.....I recommend it to everyone....p.s. I am a foodie.

We ate very well, everything was delicious, the place was well-kept and the service was top-notch, highly recommended.

Beautiful experience at Seggio. Excellent appetizers, exquisite potato croquettes as well as panelle both prepared by the chef. First choice meats accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. I absolutely must return to try everything else. Unfortunately I did not take photos but the location is characteristic.

Provo per la prima volta questo locale a pranzo con mia moglie, premetto che non sono mai venuto ma ne ho sempre sentito parlare. All'arrivo un'accoglienza meravigliosa, personale gentile e cortese, pulizia disarmante. In piatti accompagnati da ottimi vini del territorio erano buonissimi, il menù non è vasto ma gli. Ingredienti di altissima qualità con una combinazione di sapori e colori veramente spettacolari. Un plauso allo. Chef ed al titolare che si é presentato con grande cortesia e delicatezza ci ha fatto visitare il locale e la cantina. Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per la bellezza. La prossima volta tornerò con amici per provare la pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Grazie per la confidenza.

Hidden in a small street in San Giuseppe Jato we come across this wonderful restaurant by chance on our way back from a trip. The environment is perfect, all in stone with the atmosphere of the best family trattorias. Finally professional and very courteous service. Food chapter: a nice platter of really selected cured meats and cheeses, all stuff that you rarely find in supermarkets. The kids had (fresh) fried potatoes, excellent. For the second course, a grilled fillet exceptional in terms of cooking and quality and two pork shanks: I have never eaten so good! Cooked at a low temperature, it was certainly marinated for hours with fruity essences and cooked at a temperature no higher than 150°, it was very tender, top marks. Appropriate bill for such high quality food. If you want to eat very well in a warm environment and with professional service then you must make a stop in this restaurant.
