Despite the difficulty of finding parking in the surrounding streets, once inside, you're greeted by smiling, friendly, and very professional staff. I particularly appreciated their organization: they communicate directly with the chef via a Wi-Fi system with earphones, making the service quick and precise. The fish dishes, from appetizers to first courses, were excellent, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a perfect balance of flavors. The dessert was also a pleasant surprise, tasty and beautifully presented. Overall, a high-quality experience that will make you want to return to try the pizzas, which looked truly inviting. The menu prices are reasonable, and it's also part of The Fork. Ultimately, this place is highly recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine and attentive service. Beautiful experience at Seggio. Excellent appetizers, exquisite potato croquettes as well as panelle both prepared by the chef. First choice meats accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. I absolutely must return to try everything else. Unfortunately I did not take photos but the location is characteristic.
