I came here for a quick afternoon break and everything was excellent, as usual. The staff is very helpful and courteous, but after coming here a few times, I can't help but notice that there aren't enough girls to handle the number of people inside.

Working downtown, I sometimes go into 16 Gusti for breakfast, but rarely for lunch! The variety of croissants is undeniable...and they're incredibly expensive! This morning I was shocked...a lactose-free cappuccino for €2.70 (Zimyl from Parmalat)—I thought I'd misunderstood! Let's also add the rudeness of the girl behind the counter: NEVER a smile, they're always in a complete mess when they serve you!!! When I put the plate down on the counter, the spoon fell among the croissants. I picked it up, wiped it off with my finger, and put it back on the plate...(A more polite gesture would have been to exchange it, since you have 1,000 croissants.) Generally speaking, it's the most expensive place in the center for breakfast.

The croissants and gelato are truly excellent, fresh and tasty, and worth a visit. The only area I think could be improved is the welcome. Sometimes the staff seems a little cold and unsmiling. A little more smile and helpfulness would make the experience truly perfect and make the difference in choosing one place over another.

The creams are very good, especially the cremino and the lemon delight. The fruit flavors, like mango, are also excellent. The staff is always friendly!

25/08/2025: I'm a regular customer and have eaten here many times, both at lunchtime with the set menu and in the evening with pizza or a meat or fish menu... and I have to say, the food is excellent. The place is cute, and the staff is polite and friendly, not to mention the manager is very friendly and helpful. I'd like to address a review from a few days ago that mentioned rude, uncivilized, and frustrated customers—fellow locals... but since they were causing such a nuisance, why didn't the brave man stand up and say something instead of hiding behind a review? I think the frustrated one is the one who listens to other people's conversations.

11/11/2025: A frequent guest at the Stay, this time I opted not for a restaurant, but for a takeaway and eat-in option. It's exactly the kind of food I've always appreciated, not the usual all-you-can-eat fare. The classic Chinese food I've known since the early 1980s. Fast service and great quality, as well as a delightfully embarrassing quantity. Truly a great discovery.
11/07/2025: You can get great food there 👍 But beware of the toll fee when entering and exiting the motorway.
