We returned after 6 years and... the quality has not changed at all, on the contrary, we noticed the chef's growth path. Upon reservation we requested a tasting of 7 vegetarian dishes and... what can I say if not impeccable, I have never tasted so many imaginative vegetarian dishes with incredible flavour. Not least the "normal" 7-course tasting itinerary, an experience that deserved leaving home.

In a quiet town in the lower part of Brescia there is this restaurant with friendly and helpful staff, the Chef very attentive in the preparation and presentation of the menu.

Servizio veramente professionale, attento e cordiale, sempre presente ma mai invadente.
Location molto caratteristica, curata nei dettagli e sala riscaldata in maniera eccellente.
Cucina di alta qualità con una menzione speciale per il risotto, a mio parere il miglior risotto che abbia mai assaggiato.
L'abbinamento dei vini consigliato in maniera eccellente.

Truly professional, attentive and friendly service, always present but never intrusive.
Very characteristic location, attention to detail and excellently heated room.
High quality cuisine with a special mention for the risotto, in my opinion the best risotto I have ever tasted.
Excellent wine pairing recommended.

Ambiente elegante e raffinato. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione a mano libera che ci ha dato la possibilità di degustare i piatti più rappresentativi della filosofia dello chef.
Molto interessanti le contaminazioni con la cucina orientale come nella Lingua, miso, cavolo nero e negli spaghetti, capperi, limone, peperoncino candito, alga nori. Insolita e inaspettata, ma senza dubbio gustosa, la proposta dei dolci con elementi vegetali. In particolare meringa, cioccolato affumicato, porcini. Eccellente la proposta dei vini con possibilità di degustazione.

The restaurant welcomes you in an ancient villa in all its elegance. Excellent service, as they were able to recommend a wine suitable for most of the tasting itinerary we followed. Excellent dishes, a plus for the snails and risotto.

The restaurant has already been recommended by the Michelin guide which awarded it one star. The quality of the service, refinement of the dishes and flavors are impeccable, together with the well-kept location they are an excellent setting for those who want to live a fantastic experience!
