Fantastico! Location un po’ nascosta, ma ad ogni modo apprezzata! Cibo ottimo e conto giusto! I ragazzi in sala così come lo chef molto disponibili e gentili! Complimenti ancora a tutti! Torneremo sicuramente!

A little lost in the countryside of the lower Brescia area, in my opinion this Breda chef's restaurant is worth a visit at least once. We chose a 7-course tasting menu to which the chef adds, at no additional cost, some delicate initial appetizers and a small tasting of small pastries at the end of the meal. Everything from A to Z was served with competence and discretion by a good young waiter. Sight, taste and smell went to heaven for about 2 hours spent very peacefully with relaxation and lots of pleasure. I accompanied the menu with a tasting of 5 wines chosen by the chef himself who presents them with expertise at each course. Two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, one dessert. A high quality journey, the Michelin star is well deserved. No digestion problems therefore delicate raw material as well as tasty and balanced in the different ingredients of each individual course. Excellent plating at every course. Great overall experience. Every now and then it's really necessary.

Location nascosta nella campagna bresciana, con una piccola e intima sala sotto le volte a botte di una cascina. Menù e portate all'altezza di un ristorante a una stella, anzi, per la maggior parte della cena ho trovato che addirittura potesse essere insufficiente la valutazione della guida, stante la grande ricerca di contemporaneità nei piatti, che presentano tutti un ingrediente principale valorizzato con sapori inusuali. Ottimi i ravioli BBQ e il riso con croste di grana, bene anche i secondi, superlativi i dolci. Un servizio attento, professionale e curato e un listino al di sotto delle aspettative mi permette di consigliare fortemente il locale.
