This isn't the first time I've eaten at Seashell restaurant. I have never been disappointed, they have remarkable professionalism and attention to detail! The dishes are all of excellent quality, from raw to desserts. It also has an excellent wine list for every need. The cost is very fair, proportional to the freshness and quality of the product. A beautiful experience that I recommend.

Located in an enchanting location on the Lungomare del Sole, in the Marina del Gargano Tourist Port in Manfredonia, this restaurant offers a gastronomic experience that manages to capture the essence of the Apulian culinary tradition. The octopus fusillo with aubergine cream was a true revelation, a perfect combination of strong and delicate flavours, where the octopus was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a velvety cream that enhanced every bite. The mixed fry, with its mustachioed mullet, brought all the best of the sea to the table. Each piece of fish was crunchy on the outside and succulent on the inside, providing an unparalleled gustatory pleasure. The chef's mastery of balancing textures and flavors was evident in every course. The service was impeccable, with a kind and professional staff, always ready to suggest the best combinations of food and wine. The view of the port and the sea breeze completed an already perfect atmosphere, making the experience even more memorable. For those looking for authentic cuisine, prepared with the freshest ingredients and elegantly presented, Seashell is a must-see in Manfredonia. I can only highly recommend this jewel by the sea.

I was very disappointed because I had booked to taste the imperial crudo and when I sat down I was told that on Mondays there was no seafood... but I know that if it says on the menu the restaurateur must always have it then the I didn't like the frying, the batter was very dry, it looked like a leftover, then I won't tell you the receipt, all increased like the glass of prosecco on the menu, €6 per receipt... Let me start by saying that I love dogs because I have one at home but they can't in a restaurant wandering free three little poodles with all their hair flying 🤔

Excellent quality food. Staff very attentive to the needs of us intolerant people (no small feat). A welcoming place also for those who have four-legged friends with them ❤️ a place where you can taste and smell the sea (as well as the view) 🌊

Bella location sul porto turistico. Personale presente ma non asfissiante , ci hanno servito tutto in tempi non molto lunghi e molto cortesi . Ho adorato il polpo arrosto! Buonissimo!! Abbiamo ordinato antipasti, primi e una frittura di pesce . Tutto molto molto buono ! Consiglio !!
