We had lunch with two fried foods, one mixed and one anchovies, eaten just outside the fish market. Really excellent, fresh, dry and balanced, among the best I've ever eaten. The price is also good!

My insider tip for Rome. Even if the shop looks very inconspicuous from the outside and everything is more reminiscent of a normal fish shop: Here you can get “Street Sea Food” at its best. Whether as a panini or pasta. Here, the most delicious food is conjured up from the fresh fish on display in the small kitchen next door.  We had panini with “tuna tartare” and salmon (grilled). Both extremely tasty. The salmon version is my tip for when you're hungry in between meals.

We stumbled upon this place by accident. For each recommendation. Octopus salad, squid salad, grilled squid, gambori in oil, hake and mullet €45. A bottle of solid white wine €15. €60. for three in the very center. Take care of your working hours. This is a fish market after all. It works until 3 p.m., last order at 2 p.m. This place is given a special touch by the owner wearing sunglasses and a photo of himself with a caught tuna above the cash register.
