Pasta genovese very tasty!
But everything came quickly one after the other.
Adjusting the 4-course menu was easy to serve a pasta with tomato sauce.
I think the chefs have a bit more inspiration to prepare something.
Dessert was simply placed in front of you in a metal box with some pastries.
We ordered a tiramisu which costs €15
This was unfortunately time to go
We were not asked for coffee or a liqueur.
Also strange that the waiter tasted our wine halfway through that it had already been poured to finish it and that we could not stay a bit longer.
It attracted us to you of friends.
But this did not convince us to come back.

Certainly one of our culinary highlights in Naples.
We opted for the chef's menu and a wine pairing. A selection of different pastas, all of which were delicious. The wines also paired perfectly.
The value for money is completely reasonable, considering the amount of craftsmanship that goes into each dish. The staff is also very friendly and very patient with us, as we couldn't decide at first.
We would definitely come back if we were visiting Naples again.

Unique experience!
I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste pasta in an elegant setting.
It's unique to be able to watch the pasta dish being prepared in real time.
Attentive and friendly service.
Simply the best pasta pomodoro I've ever tasted!
I also appreciated the amuse bouche.

Has potential to be truly special - but a few minor issues
First of all, best pasta I ever had in my life, it was amazing and the chefs were friendly and cooked with great care. Stunning venue too.
However, the man downstairs was quite impolite and rough with me when I wandered upstairs to where the restaurants were. He apologised later when he realized I had a booking but it was still unnecessarily rough.
I also got the Tradition set (base tasting set) with wine pairing. The amuse bouche was complimentary to everyone (including a la carte), so it felt like some value was lacking.
For my wine pairing, the man next to me ordered a really weird yeast fermented white wine (which was orange), and lo and behold one of the wines I had was that weird wine. I had a feeling the sommelier didn’t want to waste it and just offered it because it was already open. Didn’t taste really good, but he did offer to change it if I wanted to.
Some lovely extras too but also for those who ordered a la carte. Would say doing that is overall better value.
Hefty price tag but the pasta really was amazing!

I think there is no need for an introduction to a place like this, so I can only let the photos and the dishes we tasted speak for themselves. I highly recommend the pasta with traditional ragù and also the one with Genovese because they are probably the best I have ever tried in my life (they beat my grandmother and for this alone they deserve the highest award). Come and try it, trust me, you will not regret it.

I really loved this place. The atmosphere feels exclusive and exciting, the service is A1 from the front door to the end of the evening and the pasta is sensational. Just blindingly good food, cooked right in front of you by talented chefs whilst charming servers pour you another fabulous wine. It's everything I want a restaurant to be.

It's a special place, with the chef preparing his dishes right in front of you.
We were very well received!
It was definitely the best pasta we've ever had!
The quality of service and presentation was also remarkable!
And to finish the meal, there were a few surprises!

The hospitality of the restaurant and the staff is comparable to the level of the dishes served: excellent quality of the ingredients, pasta is the protagonist of the entire menu in its classic declinations of the Neapolitan tradition and truly excellent variations, all accompanied by the experience of watching their preparation with the seats arranged directly at the counter overlooking the open kitchen.
Experience above expectations and absolutely to be repeated, recommended for those who want to treat themselves to a pampering.
It is advisable to book given the limited size of the place and the few seats.

Bello e intimo food bar in pieno centro, con pochi tavoli, contatto diretto con gli chef, servizio veloce e piatti di ottima qualità. Genovese e spaghetti a vongole tra i migliori a Napoli. Di grande qualità anche le altre proposte. In una città dove ad ogni angolo trovi cibo turistico mediocre, finalmente un posto dove poter provare tradizione e qualità.
Consiglio uno dei percorsi degustazione. Rapporto prezzo-qualitá giusto.
