Very good and plentiful food, very kind and helpful staff, highly recommended

I had lunch here after visiting the castle. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was kind and helpful. The food requires careful consideration. One example is the gnocchi with sausage sauce; I could tell they were good, but I couldn't bring myself to eat them because they were so hot. The prices were fair.

After visiting Aglie's Castle, we had lunch at Scudo di Francia. The atmosphere was beautiful, and we enjoyed excellent food accompanied by excellent wine. The flavor pairings were much appreciated. Impeccable service. The absolutely reasonable price was noteworthy. What a surprise to discover the Escoffier disciple plaque! We had a wonderful day.

Passing through Agliè to visit the castle, we strolled through the village and discovered this lovely trattoria. Excellent food and a warm welcome. A mix of cured meats and cheeses, excellent agnolotti with cheese and hazelnut fondue. Prices were reasonable. I recommend it to anyone passing through!

Nice location, we ate well and paid the right amount. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, or rather, very reserved. Advice: maybe remove the cobwebs every now and then... and give the windows a good wash!

I was at this place yesterday, which I usually go to on August 15th since it's not nearby. Everything was great, from the service, the girls are always smiling and kind. The food was good, even if the portions were a bit small for my stomach. The place was small, welcoming, and beautiful. You can also eat outside. What can I say? Well done! See you next time! Oh, I was also happy that, in addition to the kindness of the girls, the chef came out to make sure everything was fine. Well done!

After visiting Agliè Castle, I stumbled upon this trattoria, recommended by a lovely local woman. You're welcomed into a family atmosphere where excellent food reigns supreme. We ordered a tasting menu with Piedmontese appetizers (cheeses accompanied by sublime chestnut honey, cured meats, and a variety of other dishes, according to the healthiest Piedmontese culinary tradition) and a first course of agnolotti with fondue cream and hazelnuts. The owner pampered us, always making sure we were satisfied, circulating among the tables without ever intruding on the tranquility of the meal, and encouraging pleasant conversation. Kudos to the ladies in the dining room! I'll be back and highly recommend! A fantastic experience of taste and flavor!

By chance we found ourselves on a Sunday trip out of town....and we found this restaurant...excellent all local food at zero km..the tasting of typical Piedmontese products and the ravioli with hazelnut fondue amazing. The owner and his young daughters very kind and welcoming. We will definitely return...oh I forgot to try the bitter genepy home-made delicious!
