After visiting Agliè Castle, I stumbled upon this trattoria, recommended by a lovely local woman. You're welcomed into a family atmosphere where excellent food reigns supreme. We ordered a tasting menu with Piedmontese appetizers (cheeses accompanied by sublime chestnut honey, cured meats, and a variety of other dishes, according to the healthiest Piedmontese culinary tradition) and a first course of agnolotti with fondue cream and hazelnuts. The owner pampered us, always making sure we were satisfied, circulating among the tables without ever intruding on the tranquility of the meal, and encouraging pleasant conversation. Kudos to the ladies in the dining room! I'll be back and highly recommend! A fantastic experience of taste and flavor!

By chance we found ourselves on a Sunday trip out of town....and we found this restaurant...excellent all local food at zero km..the tasting of typical Piedmontese products and the ravioli with hazelnut fondue amazing. The owner and his young daughters very kind and welcoming. We will definitely return...oh I forgot to try the bitter genepy home-made delicious!

After visiting the Agliè castle we came across this restaurant for lunch. We had a platter of cold cuts and cheeses to share between two. Very abundant with the combination of chestnut honey. The first courses were also excellent and the final surprise of the local torcetti served with melted chocolate in a bagna cauda container. The young lady who took care of us was very kind and the location was beautiful.

Nice location but could be a little more refined, good food but some things like the tartar didn't seem to be of high quality. Overall we had a good time but the cost is excessive for the service offered.

I had a really great meal at this restaurant, where typical Turin cuisine is the protagonist in every dish. From the delicate flavors of the veal with tuna sauce to the richness of the braised beef in Barolo, everything was prepared with care and attention to tradition.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, creating a familiar and relaxed atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the service to the recommended local wines, contributed to a perfect evening.
A place to return willingly, especially if you want to discover the true taste of Piedmont.

Fortunatamente avevamo prenotato perché il locale era al completo...
Dal momento che ci hanno portato il menù all'arrivo degli antipasti ordinati il tempo è stato giusto, per la seconda portata abbiamo aspettato un pò di più, in totale il servizio è stato comunque buono.
Il tris di antipasti molto buono, gli agnolotti buoni, la torta di nocciola invece mi ha delusa, era soffice, ma non si sentiva quasi per niente la nocciola...
Il caffè è decisamente da migliorare...
