Authentic Roman pinsa, literally crunchy! Don't expect a classic pizza because pinsa is something else entirely...more like focaccia than pizza.

It's my favorite pizzeria. When I'm craving pizza, Scrocchia is a safe haven. The ingredients are always top-quality, and Nicola is always kind, helpful, and creative with new pizza flavors. He makes the dough himself. Highly recommended!
