We had such a fabulous time in this restaurant that we went there twice during out vacation. The prices are fair and food is great quality with big portions. Wine was also delicious. I highly recommend this place for great food, nice and cozy atmosphere and great service. We even caught a gig of street musician who made out dinner very pleasant.

Supernice pasta place on a vibrant street! It was pretty packed around 21 so you had to wait for a table. Service was quick and coherent. Had to wait a bit longer for food though but pretty reasonable because it was fresh and homemade. Food was really nice and you could get away with pasta and wine for about 15€.

We ordered pasta carbonara and pasta amatriciana.
The pasta amatriciana was inedible, basically pasta with tomato sauce (I don't know where the chef learned the dish, but it was inedible). The pasta carbonara was okay, nothing special. The two Negroni cocktails, however, were well-made.
The atmosphere is very nice because it's in a beautiful, especially historic, square.

The pasta alla Norma was good, but the carbonara was a real disappointment: the eggs had curdled, giving the impression of scrambled eggs more than a sauce. Furthermore, the dish lacked pepper. We had to ask for more several times before getting some from another server.
Despite the pleasant setting, the overall experience was disappointing and didn't make us want to return.

I came here for the pasta, but unfortunately it was the worst carbonara I've had in Italy. However, it may be a matter of taste, if you like a lot of cheese, but so much that you can't taste anything other than cheese, you'll like this.
My boyfriend ate arrosto panato and he really liked it and would recommend it :)
