We returned to this restaurant for the third time, as we remembered the excellent quality of the food. This time, the quality was confirmed, albeit with some differences from previous visits. However, the prices have increased, and some dishes, in my opinion, seem excessively expensive compared to the offerings. The service, compared to the previous two visits, was also slightly less excellent, though still satisfactory overall. The aspect that disappointed us most, however, was the lack of a changing table. The restaurant is probably not particularly accustomed to welcoming customers with infants, but I think that, given the quality and nature of the establishment, this is an element that should not be missing. It would be a sign of care and welcome towards families.

Last night we dined at Scjabica and were truly thrilled. A top-notch gastronomic experience that captivated us from start to finish. We began with the raw appetizers: scampi and red shrimp were simply exceptional, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented without ever overshadowing the quality of the ingredients. The spaghetti with sea urchins was one of the best we've ever tasted, intense, balanced, and capable of bringing out the full flavor of the sea. Special mention goes to the grilled octopus with melon sauce: a surprising dish, perfectly balanced, and incredibly tasty. Careful study, research, and a profound gastronomic culture are evident in every course. We truly appreciated how Chef Joseph brings techniques and influences gleaned from his global travels to his dishes. Some pairings reminded us of flavors and techniques observed in Africa, while the charcoal-grilled shrimp brought to mind the intense notes of the best American barbecues. It's a refined cuisine, but never an end in itself, where creativity and authenticity coexist in perfect balance. A restaurant that successfully showcases the region while embracing the world. Highly recommended for those who love signature cuisine, authentic flavors, and memorable dining experiences. We'll definitely be back.

We've been regulars at this restaurant since it first opened its doors. The food is absolutely incredible, a true testament to the passion Joseph and his team have for crafting dishes with top-notch local fish and ingredients. It's a spot where the best of seasonal produce, time-honoured flavours, traditions, and creative innovation blend together seamlessly. Highly recommend!

The food is beautiful to look at and taste. The friendship sandwich is divine; every course is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The caramel and chocolate dessert is an explosion of flavor that will leave you in ecstasy. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The quality/price ratio is also excellent; in fact, considering the quality of the food, the price is even competitive. Fabulous.
