A top-notch pastry shop that, in my opinion, deserves great credit for creating a new dessert that rivals, in terms of quality and balanced flavor, the two classic Sicilian desserts par excellence (cassata and cannoli). We're talking about "Apostle's Fingers," made with an incredibly melt-in-your-mouth pastry shell filled with the best ricotta cream I've tasted in Palermo. The "setteveli" and especially the cassatina were also delicious, extremely balanced and not cloying. The other products also seemed to be of the highest quality and exceptionally well-crafted. I'll definitely have some desserts shipped to me as soon as I'm craving them, hoping the shipped products will be as good as those I've eaten locally. Congratulations, and keep up the good work.
