Found by chance because it is not in the central area. I discovered it passing by because I had accommodation nearby. However, everything was very good, both iris and cannoli and genovesi. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The only flaw in my opinion is the lack of seating that forces you to have breakfast standing up. For the rest, everything was very good. The place could be revisited in a modern way, but I highly recommend it

While I was hospitalized in Parma I was thinking about something delicious to buy when I was discharged... a wonderful CASSATA, what could be better as a dessert? So I studied the best pastry shops in Palermo and the surrounding area to share a delicious cassata with my family. I chose Scimone because everyone speaks highly of it, plus in terms of shipping it is fantastic, I placed the order on Sunday afternoon, Monday it was produced and shipped, Tuesday morning it was at my house (Ancona). Wonderful! I don't make rankings because it is not my job and tastes are subjective, but one thing is certain: Scimone's cassata is delicious! Next time I'll try the cannoli because the ricotta was really good

You want to taste everything on display. I ordered a buccellato and a baked cassata which traveled with me on the plane and arrived perfect at their destination. Very courteous staff with excellent advice.
