Thank you so much ❤️ for your hospitality and the good food, just like at mom's house! The staff was more than friendly and the place is simple and welcoming. We ate the Sunday set menu for 3 hours 😅. 4 courses of appetizers (with seconds), 2 first courses, a second course, and dessert, for 35 euros per person... a more than fair price, and the food and wine were quality. We'll definitely be back! 🤗👋

First time at this restaurant, excellent welcome, equally courteous and friendly. We took the menu recommended by the very kind lady and had a great time. The food was all excellent and the portions were just right, so you didn't feel too full until you reached the end of the menu. My only complaint would be the tagliata, which was a bit tough; everything else was excellent.

My family and I had lunch at this traditional Piedmontese restaurant in Monferrato for the first time. The food was excellent, fresh, and plentiful. The service was excellent. The quality/price ratio was truly excellent. What can I say? A true landmark in Monferrato.

A trattoria in a secluded and charming corner of Monferrato, run by two charming sisters. You'll feel like you're having Sunday lunch at your mother's house. Simple and tasty cuisine, generous portions, and a warm welcome.

This restaurant nestled in the Piedmont countryside is expertly managed by the owner. Excellent ingredients, and the apple risotto alone is worth the trip.

Che dire, il nostro ristorante ideale della domenica, senza troppi fronzoli ma che bada soprattutto al sodo (la cucina). Abbiamo trovato questo storico ristorante, perso fra le colline del Monferrato casalese ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. C'è il menu fisso (cosa che io preferisco) ma volendo anche la carta. Si parte dai classici antipasti monferrini (molto apprezzato che la signora passi a chiederti sempre il bis), semplici ma buonissimi (cito la carne cruda di fassona, la frittatina al gorgonzola, le melanzane,...) poi la scelta tra uno dei due primi e uno dei due secondi. In realtà, alla fine, siamo riusciti ad assaggiare tutto: agnolotti al ragu bianco e risotto alle mele, trippa in umido e tagliata (eccezionali) , perché la signora passa a chiedere se si vuole un assaggio (generosissimo) anche di ciò che non si è scelto, stessa cosa per i dolci (alla fine abbiamo assaggiato anche il bonet). Una considerazione sulla lamentela che ho letto relativa al servizio "troppo veloce"; personalmente non sopporto quei posti dove ti siedi alle 13.00 e ti alzi alle 17.00, con tempi biblici tra una portata e l'altra. Va bene parlare, ma lo si può fare anche mangiando, quindi, per me, qui allo sciapa pum, la sequenza e i tempi delle portate sono stati perfetti! Infine, il vino scelto (della zona) era ottimo e i prezzi decisamente onesti. Quindi, anche se veniamo da un po' lontano, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Da tempo frequentiamo questo ristorante e vorremmo farlo più spesso perché è sempre inappuntabile sia per la qualità della cucina sia per la cordialità della padrona di casa che porta avanti una tradizione di famiglia iniziata tanto tempo fa.
