I do really love it here and the pastries are exceptional but today I waited 40 minutes to be served a cappuccino and cornetto after ordering it at the front upon arriving.

I had never tasted such a good brioche, on top there is a cream (custard if I'm not mistaken) that I have never found anywhere else. The restaurant offers other sweet foods but they are also provided in the savory corner. I recommend you try the brioche with ice cream and the coconut-shaped dessert with mango cream inside

Excellent welcome, very beautiful, appetizing pastries with a varied choice. The jasmine tea was delicious, the pistachio cake as well as the caramel and hazelnut cake a treat. The small living room upstairs, quite girlie in decoration, is very pleasant. A good address for a gourmet break.

Ribadisco ciò che ho scritto qualche anno fa: secondo me è tra le migliori pasticcerie di Palermo. Locale accogliente, servizio eccellente e ovviamente dolci belli da vedere e buoni da mangiare.

Ho ordinato un chilo di scorzette d'arancia ricoperte di cioccolato da portare a Torino, ottimo prodotto a livello qualitativo bellissimo il pacchettino che mi hanno fatto.

24/06/2025: Bombeta welcomed us very well! The steak tartare is wonderful! Caprese is divine! The beef cheek was perfect.
18/06/2025: Food was just okay. Octopus was overcooked and chewy. Ragu was watery and not particularly flavorful.

08/07/2025: A charming and welcoming place with air conditioning. The service is impeccable; the restaurant owners recommend dishes and explain them to those who are less familiar with them. The dishes are extremely tasty and plentiful. Water and wine are plentiful, as is the bread. True Sicilian hospitality, like you'll find very few places. In my opinion, this restaurant is definitely worth a try. Highly recommended; excellent value for money.
