Sciampagna In Palermo

The Sciampagna pastry shop has now become my point of reference for breakfast in Palermo. Their single-portion desserts are beautiful both to look at and to eat (all worth trying), their French-style pastries are among the best I have ever tasted and the coffee is also excellent, not to forget their macarons and chocolates of various types. The location is divided into two floors (under the bar, above the seats) furnished in a modern and refined style. The service is impeccable. One of my favorite places, I wish there were more in the city.

We were looking for an open pastry shop, after a while we found them. The place is very nice, pastries made to perfection. It's a shame that from the tray we took, i.e. 10 pieces in total, we were a little disappointed. The sweets are very beautiful, it's a shame that they are a little dry, the cream is quite good, the cannoli was mostly empty and the pastry was a little soggy. For what we spent we expected a certain quality of the products, but this was not the case. Definitely needs improvement, the staff is prompt and attentive.

Cozy location in a modern style. On the ground floor we find three counters with various types of sweets, chocolates of all flavors, and various types of croissants and pastries for breakfast. Furthermore, coffee, herbal teas, uncommon teas and much more. On the first floor there is the tea room with tables. The food/sweets lift is interesting and allows the waiter to go up to the first floor and then take everything that has been chosen and ordered on the lower floor into the lift. The sweets are delicious, the green mint tea and the chocolates are excellent. The staff is young and friendly. I must point out that, even if he is the same owner of the Marineo store, he has nothing to do with this store in Palermo, especially due to the availability of the staff and the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. Everything shines here 😉. Highly recommended.

Together with some of our friends we had a "snack" at this pastry shop. All good, delicate and innovative desserts. Highly recommended.

I tasted the chocolate swirl... finally a brioche with real chocolate inside!!! Very good and very friendly staff!! Advised !!

Abbiamo gustato delle monoporzioni che si presentavano molto bene, curate , originali e soprattutto ben eseguite e squisite. Il personale molto cordiale e professionale. Il locale carino.
