Prima volta in questo ristorante. Mi sono trovato subito bene dall’accoglienza Personale soprattutto sorridente e disponibile Pizzaiolo di un altro livello è passato dal tavolo per assicurarsi che le pizze fosse di nostro gradimento. Pizza buonissima conditissima e soprattuto leggere ma mai” Molle” Alla fine il proprietario,gentilissimo ha offerto gli amari Prezzo più che onesto assolutamente ci tornerò !

We hadn't been there for a few years, my daughter came down from abroad for the holidays and as you can understand she wanted to eat a real, well-made pizza! We couldn't help but think of Scialai. Excellent pizza as always, quality dough and ingredients! We took the "Scialai" pizza and the "porcina" accompanied by an excellent hot appetizer and super tasty craft beer. The staff is always available for everything! I wasted a guarantee!!!

The pizza is very good. Relaxing context with very nice and welcoming background music. I think I've come back a bit...... Not very organised, only one person who takes orders (the owner I presume) only it is not possible to streamline the work well, the lady takes the reservations trying to recover what she can and to please everyone with tables organized at the last minute and also manages the payments A little ' of confusion I would say I no longer relaxed 😥 like last time. Then there's also takeaway... well.

01/09/2024: Locale posto su una laterale della via principale, poco trafficato e con un numero ristretto di tavolini. Personale gentile e sorridente. Noi abbiamo ordinato una botti di vino bianco frizzante, locale, che ci è stato consigliato. Molto buono. Tagliere misto per due persone, ottimi salumi e formaggi, caponata da volare e carciofini grigliati ottimi. Buonissima anche la salsa di arance proposta in abbinamento ai formaggi. Pomodori secchi e olive un grande classico che a Palermo non può mai mancare. A se fiore un calice di rosso, davvero ottimo. Due fette di torta al pistacchio molto buona. Locale consigliato.

12/12/2024: I went to this lovely restaurant/pizzeria for the second time, with some friends who were there. they had reported it for the goodness of the pizza. And in fact I absolutely must say that this time too my raw and parma pizza was excellent, both for me and for my friends, the fish-based starters were truly delicious, the fast service and the Efficient and attentive waiters, as well as the very kind lady. I think we will definitely return..
09/12/2024: Very nice and quiet place, well frequented. Excellent food and value for money. Very courteous and polite staff.
