The table was set very invitingly. The ambiance was well-maintained. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional. The menu was varied and featured traditional local dishes. The food was presented with great attention to detail and flavor. Everything was just right and highly recommended.

We ate very well in a well-kept, quiet setting, with prompt and attentive service. Typical South Tyrolean and Aurina Valley cuisine. The very low-fat local cheese in red onion was delicious, as were the excellent goulash soup and homemade casarecce pasta served with an excellent local veal ragù. We were also pleased with the desserts: exquisite peanut parfait and spectacular ricotta mousse. Although we didn't drink any wine, I noticed the quality of the selection, with a selection from some of the finest South Tyrolean wineries. Well done.

This place is truly fantastic. A typical location, a 10 out of 10. Incredible food. We had the local platter (superior cured meats and cheeses), a tartare, and a first course (mezzelune stuffed with game with butter and parmesan), all truly delicious. I think it will be a regular stop at least once a year. The owner and staff are very kind. Highly recommended.

We went there on recommendation to round off our South Tyrol vacation. From start to finish, the evening was simply perfect: we were greeted with great friendliness. We had a quiet spot for our dog and us, where she could simply stretch out without being in the way. The ambiance itself was magnificent: a converted barn, with stylish furnishings, and every detail was just right. The menu is small but very fine. We feasted on everything from an appetizer to the main course and dessert. The hostess was very attentive and accommodating. Every dish was freshly prepared and very quickly. Everything was prepared with passion and absolutely perfect. Everything is just right here! We'll definitely be back!

We dined two nights in a row in this beautiful, typically Tyrolean setting. It offers traditional dishes using local ingredients. The sesame-breaded pork steak was superb, as was the truly excellent fried grey cheese. The gnocchi and the farmer's platter were also delicious, all accompanied by a good house red wine. The service was friendly and fast. Another plus was that the kitchen opens at 6:00 PM, so after the hike we could go straight to dinner! Excellent value. Highly recommended!

We visited in July for an evening without knowing the place. It's a quaint place, and they seated us behind a glass window where we could enjoy a stunning view. We tried several dishes, including the risotto with grey cheese, and I must say they were truly delicious and very carefully presented. We returned before leaving.

This restaurant is closed for two hours in the afternoon and also offers mountain hut-style service, serving some traditional dishes.
Excellent dumplings, although the request for two types of them put the kind lady off balance. Excellent herb soup, good ice creams, and cakes. Very suitable for children, with a well-equipped playground.
During the two hours of closure, you can stay in your seat outside in the garden, with a complimentary beverage.

A truly special place! At the Schnaidaleachn restaurant in Rio Bianco, we had a family lunch we'll remember for a long time. The dandelion cream soup is simply unique: I tried it last year and had been dreaming about it for a whole year... and it was even better than I expected. The dumplings, both in broth and in a trio, are among the best I've ever tasted: soft, flavorful, and melt-in-the-mouth. The sesame-breaded pork steak with French fries was a pleasant surprise, crispy and flavorful. The desserts, then, were a true delight: peanut parfait, apple flan with cranberries, and coffee-iced gelato... impossible to choose the best! The typically Alpine wooden ambiance is meticulously crafted and exudes warmth and authenticity. The staff is kind and attentive: a special thanks to Jennifer, a friendly and professional waitress who made the experience even more enjoyable.
