We visited in July for an evening without knowing the place. It's a quaint place, and they seated us behind a glass window where we could enjoy a stunning view. We tried several dishes, including the risotto with grey cheese, and I must say they were truly delicious and very carefully presented. We returned before leaving.

This restaurant is closed for two hours in the afternoon and also offers mountain hut-style service, serving some traditional dishes. Excellent dumplings, although the request for two types of them put the kind lady off balance. Excellent herb soup, good ice creams, and cakes. Very suitable for children, with a well-equipped playground. During the two hours of closure, you can stay in your seat outside in the garden, with a complimentary beverage.

A truly special place! At the Schnaidaleachn restaurant in Rio Bianco, we had a family lunch we'll remember for a long time. The dandelion cream soup is simply unique: I tried it last year and had been dreaming about it for a whole year... and it was even better than I expected. The dumplings, both in broth and in a trio, are among the best I've ever tasted: soft, flavorful, and melt-in-the-mouth. The sesame-breaded pork steak with French fries was a pleasant surprise, crispy and flavorful. The desserts, then, were a true delight: peanut parfait, apple flan with cranberries, and coffee-iced gelato... impossible to choose the best! The typically Alpine wooden ambiance is meticulously crafted and exudes warmth and authenticity. The staff is kind and attentive: a special thanks to Jennifer, a friendly and professional waitress who made the experience even more enjoyable.

The best, no need to say anything else. It gets better every year.

A mountain hut accessible to all. It's actually a starting point for reaching other high-altitude destinations. It's easily accessible by car. The mountain hut is very well-maintained, with interesting, elegant interior decor. A good alternative for lunch or dinner, compared to the usual restaurants in Campo Tures. Relaxing scenery. Friendly staff, good, carefully prepared dishes. Prices are in line with the area: prices have risen even in this beautiful valley. I preferred the homemade tiramisu to the famous ricotta cake (I'm actually not sure if it's made by them).

The food is superb, prepared with authentic ingredients and dishes that reflect local tradition, while the service is always friendly, attentive, and impeccable. An authentic place, where you can experience hospitality and a love of things done well. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience amidst nature, flavors, and human warmth.

Abbiamo cenato ben due volte in questo ristorante. Davvero carino l'arredamento nel tipico stile locale. Buona la cucina tradizionale. La proprietaria è abbastanza gentile. La struttura è situata in una zona un po' isolata, circondata dal verde e dalle montagne. Prezzi sopra la media.
