Excellent food, the dandelion cream soup was truly exceptional, as were the first and second courses, and the strudel made with the old recipe, the bread. Very beautiful location and perfect service.

A quaint place to behold, especially inside; you'll feel like you're in Tyrol. The service is very friendly and courteous, and the prices are average considering the quality and presentation of the food. I've been there a few times, and it's a sure thing. Two grey cheese risottos with crispy speck, two strawberry ice creams, and a liter of sparkling water and two coffees—a little over €50, but it's worth it. A word of advice: it's best to book.

Compared to the average restaurant in the valley, they're definitely on top of the list here: excellent ingredients, more delicious options, and high-quality cuisine. Attention to even the smallest details. ...and if you want eggs with speck, the valley is full of them... Don't miss it!

The restaurant is located in the picturesque and secluded Rio Bianco and is tastefully furnished in a typical Tyrolean atmosphere, with family objects and mementos enhancing an already very welcoming atmosphere. It also features a large and inviting outdoor terrace. The menu focuses on traditional cuisine, but also offers some dishes with variations we haven't encountered elsewhere in the Aurina Valley. We ordered: an appetizer, a platter of speck, smoked meats, and local cheeses (€14.50); two main courses, a sesame-breaded pork steak (€17.50), an excellent and crispy schnitzel with potato salad, and a peasant-style pan-fried pork and beef (€18), steamed with cabbage salad and spiced potatoes... delicious! a delightfully shared dessert, a sphere of white chocolate mousse covered in dark chocolate on a berry compote (€8.80). To accompany the dinner, there's excellent bread, water, and a quarter cup of white wine, a spicy and popular Gewurztraminer (€10.40), for a total of €73.60 for two, absolutely appropriate for the location and overall setting. The service is provided by an efficient, friendly, and very kind lady. We had a great impression, and it will certainly become a local favorite. Highly recommended!

Excellent dishes, welcoming place, kind and fast staff, enchanting surrounding environment. Excellent for those looking for a mountain hut reachable also by car.

Abbiamo cenato ben due volte in questo ristorante. Davvero carino l'arredamento nel tipico stile locale. Buona la cucina tradizionale. La proprietaria è abbastanza gentile. La struttura è situata in una zona un po' isolata, circondata dal verde e dalle montagne. Prezzi sopra la media.
