I was once asked where I have eaten the best so far. There are many places, unfortunately some, that you forget again. But this place, which feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, is definitely one of them. An absolute feast for the eyes, the food is what one would describe as soul-warming, plus a rustic South Tyrolean ambience paired with warmth. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!!

On a recommendation, we drove to the end of the valley in Weissenbach in the evening and came across this “insider tip”. The outside terrace is beautifully designed, but inside you can expect 100% South Tyrolean charm! Very original and super cozy furnished with attention to detail. The service and the chef were very nice and funny and the food was almost perfect on both of our visits (onion roast was sensational and cooked to perfection!). The dessert was excellent (recommendation here: the tiramisu or the pyre!). There is really nothing to complain about in Schnaiderleachn, even the quiet place is an eye-catcher. If you don't stop here, you're definitely missing out!

Super nice, cozy, rustic guest room. Tables very nicely set. The service (young girl with short leather pants) was super attentive and really sweet. Questions about the food were answered patiently, very friendly and satisfactorily. Reordering side dishes from the main dish
ht went smoothly and even at no extra charge.
The food itself - onion roast and nettle risotto with gray cheese were super tasty, the beetroot gnocci with cheese slices. good, the taste was a bit off because it was a bit lightly seasoned. All in all, a really great place.
We will definitely come back!

Within a spectacular environmental context, the restaurant presents itself as very characteristic and somewhat intimate. After we discovered it we pretty much had dinner there every night. I recommend it. The service is fast, the prices are fair, the quality leaves you satisfied. Excellent solution.

Cena con amici in questo locale delizioso: cameriere molto gentili vestite con abiti tradizionali in un ambiente tipico sudtirolese. Porzioni fin troppo abbondanti. Conto più che onesto.
