Historic pastry shop in my beautiful village that carries forward classic and historical recipes of the pastry art! Run by the Schiraldi family who I know personally with seriousness and professionalism that is absolutely worth trying, an unmissable stop to savor the true taste of Puglia!!!

01/06/2025: Unlike other restaurants, a celiac feels truly pampered here! We have ranged from fish to meat to pinsa and everyone has expressed appreciation. Very good value for money too. It met my expectations!

29/05/2025: Wide choice of "Pinsa romana", served quickly by kind and very helpful staff. On Wednesdays there is also the "all you with eat" option.
