Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. There are places I reminisce on eating at and think this is a taste I have never had before. There is about 3 other in this category but boy oh boy does this make the list.

Excellent schiacciata and fair prices. I just suggest heating them less, as the prosciutto and especially the burrata tend to spoil with too much heat.

I went to this place with my husband and son after seeing some videos on social media. The place is small and cozy, and the owners are really kind and super talented. The schiacciate? Galactic! Really delicious, piping hot and super seasoned, and the price is really reasonable compared to other places in Florence. I highly recommend them!

GOATED. 🐐. Absolutely delicious mate. Underrated spot. From Melbourne. Would visit Firenze just for this spot mate. Drunk and 2rd time in the day getting this food. Bon Appetit 🤌 absolutely delicious. Such a delicious spot.

I find this place delicious. Perfect location and delicious schiacciate. I love Paradiso and I always take good and cheap house wine. I like to sit inside and relax. Yuri is a wonderful guy because he is kind, sincere, polite and competent and the service and the staff are very very important to me. Don't miss it!!!!

Nous étions entre amis et cherchions un endroit convivial où prendre un verre de vin et grignoter : Nous sommes plus que bien tombés ! Tout était parfait, l’accueil était très chaleureux, les tarifs sont plus qu’abordables et tout est bon. Je recommande ++ et j’espère pouvoir y retourner un jour !

Purtroppo non si capiva bene il contenuto dei taglieri proposti perché i dipendenti non parlavano benissimo l'italiano, però devo dire che erano molto gentili. Qualità degli affettati discreta, focaccia buona. Un po' piccolo lo spazio per mangiare.

16/07/2025: Excellent front counter team, they were very knowledgeable and attentive. They recommended and booked three fantastic dinner spots. Fantastic location as it's a short walk from all the major historical attractions. Also sits on the square that provides great people watching:) The rooms were very clean. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will return here again!
09/07/2025: Very luxury hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the city. Very good service. The only two things I would say are: - if you look at the pool photos online, you will see sunbathing longchairs but in reality, the hotel put sofas and chairs when we were there. Additionally, during the day, you could only sit on the sofa if you wanted to order anything from the bar. This to me, is not acceptable for such an expensive place. You would expect to be able to grab any chair you want throughout the day without having to order like an outsider customer. However, the pool is extremely nice, well heated above 29° and the view is breathtaking. - the breakfast could’ve been way better, with a choice of your eggs and another source of carbs than plain rice

16/07/2025: The restaurant is cozy and the service is good. Some of the dishes we had the fricasse, cold cut and tiramisu was great and some the of the were not spectacular.
30/06/2025: Rustic and inviting location, good food and fair prices. Too bad for the lack of availability and slight arrogance of the owner in understanding and solving the needs of customers: as read in other reviews, if you go to dinner around 7:30 pm, the tables in front are completely exposed to the sun, which is not very pleasant these days, both for the heat and for the light that at that time is still blinding. When we asked for a curtain or to move to another table, we were told that it's fine because people come to enjoy the sunset and they are "kissed by the sun". I invite the young lady to sit at that table at that time and with the sun in front, she will understand that there is nothing romantic but that it is only a useless torture for the customers, which can also be solved with a simple 20.00 euro cane curtain.
