Let's start by saying that I was used to the schiacciata Toscana, so I entered the place very skeptical. I was pleasantly welcomed by Beatrice, who kindly explained to me the difference between the schiacciata Toscana and the one they use. So my husband and I ordered two classic ones and a sweet one. Well, let me say that I changed my mind with every bite. The dough was delicious and so was the filling. The place, in addition to being very clean and tidy, was also definitely perfect in terms of temperature. The food is of excellent quality and above all the final blow to my taste buds came with the moment of the sweet schiacciata: a triumph of jam and butter, the saltiness of the dough that accompanied its sweetness made me feel like a child again. Basically, I was really pleasantly surprised and I'm sure that I will return, bringing other people with me. Many compliments also to Beatrice who not only served the entire place by herself but was always kind, friendly and very quick in serving people and cleaning the various places: truly commendable.

27/07/2025: We had dinner this evening at this simple but very charming and unique restaurant, where the owner Lorenzo welcomed us with warmth, friendliness, and great availability. A special compliment to chef Michele for the dishes he prepared for us; the risotto with zucchini, parmesan, and goat cheese was exquisite. Thank you, and we'll be back soon.
04/07/2025: Authentic, smiling, passionate, Lorenzo, the owner is really a force! I came in the summer, in the evening, I dined outside in front of the chicken coop, how good it was! First of all a bow to the Cinta Senese cured meats raised by them, ham, bacon, loin and salami, even the cheeses were appreciated, served with trumpet courgette jam and lemon, another peach and apple. Second course the rib, with potatoes in butter. Compliments to the chef Michele C. Really attentive to cooking, plating and flavours. I will recommend this place to lovers of meat and cured meats, even the beer is drafted with care!
