This place is only recommended if you want to stop for an aperitif, as the toasted sandwich is really small and doesn't have much filling. I don't recommend it.

Nice place, neat and clean; the schiacciata are excellent. The "do-it-yourself" ordering method and the many options for customizing your schiacciata are very distinctive. They now also carry Salento beers. The best.

Good food, efficient service, and very kind and courteous staff. The phone charging service is convenient at each table, with pre-installed cables for various types of phones. The quality/price ratio may not be adequate. It's still overpriced.

30/09/2025: We came today for lunch at the sieve on the last day of September, the welcome and service were super excellent, very clean, very friendly staff, delicious appetizer of clams and their coconut shrimp (offered by the house) with the addition of prosecco... the mixed fried fish probably needs to be reviewed a little (good but could be improved...) otherwise everything was very good.
23/09/2025: The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. A must-see.
