What can I say... an obligatory stop if you're in a hurry, consume it towards Poppi... quality cold cuts and cheeses at fair prices... the ricotta must be purchased first because you can't always find it, it sells like hot cakes.

It is located on the Consuma road a few km from Stia Pratovecchio. An obligatory stop to enjoy delicious sandwiches, the one with the crumble is spectacular. Furthermore there is a vast choice of high quality cured meats and sausages as well as local cheeses. Worth stopping for a break and to buy the excellent local specialities. Super recommended.
