An unexpected discovery, in a suburb where you wouldn't expect to find such a high quality of service and product. Price not low but in line with the product. Excellent raw fish, as are Scalvini's mixed starters.

Ristorante di pesce con crudi di grande qualità. La cucina è di buon livello: pochi e ottimi ingredienti di pesce i cui sapori si fondono ma si distinguono bene nel piatto. Tutto perfetto: dal cestino dei pani fatti da loro al prosecco di qualità di benvenuto che è una attenzione sempre gradita verso il cliente. Locale piccolo e avvolgente arredato con sobrietà. Clima familiare con la presenza dei proprietari in cucina e in sala che rende tutto molto piacevole. Si vede che hanno amore ed orgoglio per quello che fanno e questo si sente nei piatti. Cantina con selezione di vini importante.

When we returned after a couple of years we found the same environment, elegant but not formal, and the same cooking philosophy, refined, surprising and of the highest quality! Roberta welcomes you with cordiality and knowledge of the raw materials with particular attention to the wines that the generous cellar offers. Let's choose a glass of Franciacorta that does not disappoint expectations! The mixed seafood appetizer is a combination of cooked and raw flavors that enhance the quality of the raw material. We opt for two first courses: tagliolini with fish ragù, one of which with burratina and slightly smoked, both excellent! We complete the dinner with two desserts: white chocolate mousse, fresh raspberries in sauce, apple puff pastry with cinnamon and Chantilly cream... Amazing. Everything is completed with details such as the sweets served with the coffee, the mix of bread and the welcome glass of excellent quality prosecco. Without fear of contradiction, I think that in Genoa it is difficult to find something better or in any case it is worth going there at least once to have a meal and enjoy superior quality service! In my opinion it is the best restaurant in Genoa... we ate very well, the welcome was excellent, the place is refined and simple at the same time.
