Everything about this place was perfect. The desserts were beautiful and fresh, and the sandwiches were made with quality ingredients, put together with care and perfection. The staff were very friendly and understood my broken Italian as well as English.

I would give it 4.5 stars. Since it's currently at 4.9 stars, it's slightly overrated, so I'm giving it 4 stars. The pistachio croissants, however, were definitely worth 5 stars.

I had takeaway but I got the impression that the staff was nice and that they have regular customers. I liked that the sandwiches were not pre-made, they prepared them as I ordered and I saw them cut every ingredient fresh, not even that was stacked. So I think it was worth coming.

19/10/2025: What an amazing experience. Wanted to try something unique and unavailable in North America. Giorgio and his wife were spectacular hosts and treated us like Gold. I think he sensed our excitement and proceeded to arrange a tasting menu of all of his horse meat specialties from Bresola, salami, fresh fennel sausage, carpaccio (which was one of the best in my life) plus the standard horse tartar that he sells in the showcase. He picked out an amazing bottle of wine and we ate like kings on a little high top table just outside the doors. A meal and experience to remember

01/12/2025: Our waitress, Ella, was helpful. Food presentation was like a work of art. Every food item tasted fresh.
17/11/2025: A wonderful experience at this restaurant in the "Toyama" chain. The quality of the raw fish was excellent, and the dishes were meticulously prepared and presented! The atmosphere was small but welcoming and spotlessly clean! No cooking smells in the air, which is quite rare in this type of restaurant. The prices are NOT CHEAP, but they're justified by the quality and service! The only downside was the wine: €15 for a liter of quality bulk wine from a discount store is a bit unfair!
