The Scacco Matto restaurant never disappoints. Today with friends we were able to enjoy an excellent fish soup. A single dish enriched with 13 types of fish in an exquisite sauce (so many good fish). Our compliments to Mr. Mario (chef) and his brother Nicola for the advice and attention they give to the customer. Excellent organizer and manager of service and staff. Good quality/price ratio.

Excellent pizza, excellent fish and meat cuisine, super desserts, top wine selection, and good beer, the always fresh fish and shellfish crudite is an absolute must.

Ci siamo stati ad una cena tra amici un sabato sera. Cibo ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce. Il polipo alla brace era cotto alla perfezione e accompagnato da una vellutata buonissima. La mia amica ha preso i tagliolini con cacio e pepe e tartare di gamberi, un abbinamento gradevole. La frittura di paranza era buona e abbondante e anche quella di calamari, accompagnate entrambe da verdure in pastella tagliate a julienne. A chiudere i dolci molto buoni. Come tavolo ci hanno messo dentro una specie di depandance con i ventilatori.....un po' caldina come stanza. Servizio buono, non troppo veloce e a volte un pochino "distratto" Consiglio comunque il posto, nel complesso ne vale la pena.

20/12/2024: Personally I found it to be a fantastic place, very informal and welcoming. We had a fabulous meal, excellent house wine, friendly service. I will definitely go back.
07/12/2024: Excellent venue. Historic Arci club of Turin. I was saddened by the fact that the preparation of the sandwiches is only intended for some customers. For information purposes only, I believe the selection is determined by seniority, it is therefore very difficult to achieve the right to the sandwich in a short time.
