During my recent visit to Sbirro Gastrotheque, I had the opportunity to experience courteous and attentive service, albeit with a slight delay in execution. Nonetheless, the staff stood out for their customer care. As for the culinary offering, the dish ordered proved to be average in both quality and presentation. The atmosphere deserves particular mention: creative, distinctive, and capable of making the experience pleasantly unique. It should also be noted that, in relation to the service and quality provided, the price-to-quality ratio appeared personally elevated when compared to expectations

Friendly place and relaxed atmosphere. Courteous service, a small menu with some signature dishes. The dishes were good, with reasonable portion sizes and good quality. The prices were disproportionate for the size of the portions. But we definitely ate well.

Locale piccolo ma super accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Gennaro é un professionista molto cordiale e tra i più preparati che abbia conosciuto. Prodotti freschi e biodinamici, disponibile ogni tipo di cucina (tra noi c'erano persone vegane). Una scoperta davvero piacevole.

04/10/2025: Looking for a place to eat a piadina, we chose this place. From the photos, we couldn't tell it was fully open, and since it was a cold and humid September evening, we asked if we could find a sheltered spot inside, and they were very helpful and quickly set one up. They told us what was available, and we opted for a piadina with traditional porchetta and a bottle of traditional beer. While we waited, we chatted pleasantly with the owner. When the piadinas arrived, we hungrily tucked into them. Both the filling and the flatbread were superb. We then ordered two coffees and two Baileys. We left when the place closed, happy with what we had eaten and spent—€30.80—and with the laughs we had with the owners. Oh, and our setter had been trying all night to make friends with the local cat, but without success. 🤣
16/09/2025: We had a great time. The aperitifs are excellent, the prosecco is good quality, the piadinas and burgers are truly special. The management is serious and professional, friendly without being vulgar. Well done!

17/05/2025: H mangiato per caso in questa trattoria solo che di domenica non si poteva fare il menù completo, comunque ho mangiato dei cappellacci formidabili
16/12/2024: Abbiamo approfittato perché abbiamo visto che sono aperti anche di domenica in dicembre. Era un po’ che non ci andavo, ma sapevo già avremmo mangiato bene. Noi abbiamo mangiato pesce due primi paccheri e tagliolini, ottimi, i paccheri con pesce e zucca super! A seguire una buona tagliata di tonno con cottura perfetta e filetto di baccalà fritto con cipolle caramellate, ottimi!!!! torneremo a breve perché abbiamo già prenotato
