The food is great, the setting is really pleasant, and the service is smooth. The pizzas are excellent, well-filled, and really tasty. This is definitely a place to try!

At any time of day or night, you'll be greeted with friendly, fast service, welcoming spaces, and excellent, well-crafted food. We've tried the pizzas (both the thin-crust and the Roman-style leavened version were excellent), the salads, the cassoni, and the burgers: everything was truly remarkable. The prices are fair.
Sometimes the music is annoying... but maybe that's just me getting old 😅

Delicious, what more can I say! Both the take-out and tableside piadinas are delicious, the service is courteous, and the staff are welcoming. Plus, they gave me access to Wi-Fi since I needed to connect for work. Prices are fair considering the area. Tableside: piadina and beer for less than €15. Highly recommended!

We went here for dinner and unfortunately were a bit disappointed. I ordered the tagliatelle with ragù — the sauce itself was tasty and well-prepared, but the pasta was overcooked. The spaghetti with salmon didn’t work well either; they used smoked salmon and then cooked it, which gave it a rubbery texture and made the whole dish overly salty. We also ordered focaccia, but it was served without any olive oil, salt, or pepper on the side, which felt like a missed detail.

A truly refined and charming place. A concept that pays homage to local traditions (sbionta means "hot" in Romagna) while also embracing innovation. This combination makes Sbionta a place suitable for young people, families, singles, and couples of all ages. The food is top-notch, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special mention goes to manager Luca, who is always smiling and incredibly helpful. A total 10 out of 10!

Ho fatto colazione in questo bar-ristorante, con una brioche enorme e golosa, glassata esternamente con crema di pistacchio.
Ottima esperienza dunque, anche per il servizio veloce e l' ambiente ampio, luminoso e pulito.

Locale sul viale di Rimini che propone pizza, piadine, primi, hamburger ed anche cocktails.
Il Locale è carino ed il servizio è veloce.
La piadina tutto sommato buona, anche se tra Rimini e Riccione ne ho mangiate di più buone.
