We are used to paying a lower price for bread, it's true, but we eat products that are poorly nutritional if not harmful, and which are only pleasant for a few hours after being baked. Here you certainly spend more but you gain in flavour, shelf life and health. The difference between a bakery pizza and theirs is abysmal: just look at the honeycomb to understand that it won't stay on the stomach for hours with the consequent acidity.
