A really nice place to stop for lunch. The men in the kitchen make it a real party, sometimes even shouting at each other in a fun way. The truffle pasta was delicious. They were very nice to our children, who were watching the kitchen with interest.

Of the 30+ places we ate over two weeks in Italy, this is my top rated meal. The tagliatelle con porcini e tartufo was worthy of the gods. The dish was creamy, the mushrooms incredibly fresh and aromatic. It’s the level of food that makes you want to buy a ticket and head back to Italy just so you can taste it again.

Very tasty truffle pasta - absolutely worth the money!

This is a restaurant that you should try at least once. It is introduced on YouTube and other places as a truffle pasta restaurant, and it serves various dishes made with truffle. When I went, they were selling truffle cream very well (I was able to taste a little truffle cream on top of a baguette as a sample haha). The owner is very kind. I ordered truffle cream pasta (23 euros), and since it was my first time experiencing truffle, except for cheap truffle oil, I had high expectations. The most important thing is the taste, and that is probably what you are most curious about. Well, it was not incredibly delicious, but I would say it was okay. It would be hard to say that it was very different from Korean cream pasta, but I think the quality of the noodles was better. The truffle flavor was not strong. It was weaker than the baguette with a little truffle cream that I mentioned earlier. Of course, it is not that I could not taste the truffle. I recommend it based on my experience, but I have no intention of going back. If I save up some extra money and travel later, I would like to buy some truffle cream. LOL

I had truffle risotto and carbonara, and the risotto was delicious. It was the mushroom risotto that I usually think of, and I really don't recommend the carbonara. The bacon and yellow sauce that you see in the picture are just salt. It's so salty that I can't chew it. I liked everything else, so I'm leaving 4 stars.

Only had 1 thing, truffle pasta. It was delicious and surprisingly filling. This made the food rating a solid 5. Service was good, can eat table side and watch them prepare your food. I feel comfortable when you can see them prep food. Atmosphere was horrible in late June, place felt like an sauna. Super hot even though it was already 5pm, fans pushing hot air doesn't help. Pro tip: keep your receipt from any purchase and to use the restroom. When the gates open, multiple people can enter but make it quick.

Italian restaurant specializing in natural truffle dishes located on the 2nd floor of the Florence Central Market. The food is quite delicious with the characteristic smell and taste of truffle mushrooms. There are seats next to the restaurant. It is quite hot at noon because you sit in the market space. You can buy more alcoholic drinks at the stalls next to it.
