Truffle carbonara was excellent. I really enjoyed that it was somewhat lighter than the average carbonara. Delicious, once people around us got a whiff of it we saw everyone order! The chef is excellent

I had Tagliolino with black truffle. The truffle flavor was amazing and I thought it was the best taste I've ever had in my life. If I visit Italy again, I would definitely like to eat there again.

It was a great surprise to find this piece of place by chance in the Central Market of Florence. After a 10-day tour of northern Italy we have finished in the best possible way, eating and dining on the best pasta that we had tried so far in all our trips to Italy. In addition to the spectacle of the flavor of their tartufos with the perfect point of the pasta, you can contemplate through the open kitchen how they prepare each dish and the mastery of their work. Black or white Tartuffe, that is the question… Grazie mille.

The atmosphere at the central market is nice (but there are a lot of birds) and the pasta is very delicious. The noodles were especially delicious!

Very good Tuscan truffle, when I come to Florence a lunch here cannot be missed, the chefs are always friendly, smiling and always offer you something... highly recommended

So I had a truffle carbonara, which actually turned out to be a delight for 22 euros! That is, instead of the egg you could feel they had put butter, you couldn't pick up the pieces of carbonara with a plastic fork because they were so hard... A disappointment. At least the staff was very friendly

27/12/2024: A very good all you can eat sushi compared to its competitors, I can't tell you which one is better than the one next to it, I think you should go there and decide. In my opinion they are both valid and very similar without significant differences.

09/12/2024: This is a truly wonderful little place, located just outside of central Florence but well worth going out of your way to visit. They specialise in piadina, a traditional Florentine flatbread sandwich. The sandwich is something special. There's a large selection of both sweet and savoury available on the menu and everything is made fresh to order. I've never eaten a sandwich quite like this; the bread is soft but firm, the ingredients and flavours balanced perfectly to surprise and bring joy with every bite. The service was so polite and friendly too. We were in Florence for four nights and we went here for three of those four, which tells you everything.
06/12/2024: Off the beaten track, but truly worth it. Absolutely delicious, the loveliest staff possible and the most satisfying meal.
