The food was delicious, but the truffles were shaved very thinly, not as thick as the sample, and the price was a bit expensive.

I have no words, just great.
If there were 10 stars I would give 10.
If you want good pasta with truffle, this is the best choice.

Firenze Mercato Centrale is a restaurant on the top floor with an open kitchen that makes great truffle-based snacks, appetizers and pasta. We came across it while wandering around the market for breakfast and it gave us an epic start to the day. We ate appetizers, eggs and cheese prepared with generosity regarding the use of truffles. Service is done with paper plates and plastic cutlery. Of course, the prices are a little higher than other shops in the market, but it's worth it. We liked it so much that we came back for pasta in the evening. We thank the chef very much.

Tried the pasta with truffle cream and parmesan, as well as the truffle carbonara pasta. Very good and good portion for both dishes!

Very good appetizers at prices that are not too competitive, however in line with the other activities on the market.

Very nice experience at the Il Tartufo stand at the Mercado Central in Florence.
Excellent food: we had bruschetta and tagliatelle with white truffles.
Thank you 🙏🏻 to Sylvia who served us with great kindness, kindness and sympathy.

On my second pilgrimage in mere days to this culinary haven nestled within the bustling Mercato Centrale, I found myself once again drawn in by the unmistakable, intoxicating perfume of truffle wafting through the air. No map needed; simply follow your nose to glory.
The truffle pasta and carbonara were both nothing short of sublime. Each forkful delivered a luxurious embrace of flavor, and to my delight, the truffle shavings generous and a welcome extravagance that lifted both dishes into the realm of the memorable.
Venturing further, we sampled the chicken liver and salami crostini, a revelation of rustic elegance. The chicken liver, in particular, was velvety and aromatic, a whisper of the Tuscan countryside in every bite. The crostini selection is wide and inviting, with prices set at €6 for one or €15 for a trio—an irresistible invitation to mix, match, and explore.
Service is spirited and informal, with orders shouted out amid the flurry of hungry patrons. Yet, catch the team in a quieter moment, and you’ll discover their warmth: passionate food lovers who delight in a chat and are as generous with their stories as they are with their truffles.
Grazie mille to the team, this spot is not merely a meal, but a slice of Florentine soul.
