Savini Tartufi In Firenze

The truffle paste is the best I've ever tasted! 10/10

The restaurant is located inside Florence's central market and is simply incredible. We ordered taglione tartufo – the house's best seller – and a special risotto. Both have generous portions and an unforgettable flavor. The service also deserves a special mention; everyone was very kind and ready to answer questions.

For our family, this pasta was the best value for money, with a generous portion of truffle. Even my son, who used to hate truffle oil in Korea, said, "This is real truffle," and enjoyed it. I think I'll have to try the white one, too. The pasta itself tastes different than in Korea, but it was perfect for our family's taste. I apologize for secretly filming the video, and if it's inconvenient, I'll delete it. However, the chef, with his kind demeanor and explanations, passionately prepared the pasta, crostino, and panino. This was the most enjoyable food court experience during our family trip to Florence. Additionally, it seems like when you sit down, a server comes to ask if you'd like to order drinks.

The tagliatelle with summer black truffle was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted.

A pasta restaurant run by three stylish Italians. The carbonara might be a bit too spicy for a Korean, but it's delicious. I also had a Bruges, and it was delicious. You won't regret it. It's delicious. Don't hesitate and try it. Of course, it's greasy, and I'll be drinking somewhere else, so I won't order drinks or water. When you order, they'll give you a number. Once you're seated, they'll call your number, and you can just go to your number.
