The carbonara came with a huge pile of truffles. It didn't have much of a scent, but it tasted so good that I didn't even bother taking a picture. The seasoning of pancetta, noodles, and sauce is good.

Omg! Absolutely divine! This is the best pasta I’ve had in Italy so far. You can also grab a drink from L’Enoteca, just few stand from here, where Jerry will recommend the perfect pairing for your meal. Buon appetito!

Today we stopped for lunch with my wife, we opted for two tagliatelle carbonara and fresh truffle, all gluten free... excellent pasta, excellent mixture... Finally a good restaurant is Gluten free at Gigli!!!!!!

We had our first meal in Florence. Even though it was New Year's Day, the food court on the second floor was open and crowded with people at lunchtime. I had the black truffle tagliolini. It was full of truffles and very fragrant and delicious. It's a little extravagant, but it's worth it.

Truffle carbonara was excellent. I really enjoyed that it was somewhat lighter than the average carbonara. Delicious, once people around us got a whiff of it we saw everyone order! The chef is excellent

I had Tagliolino with black truffle. The truffle flavor was amazing and I thought it was the best taste I've ever had in my life. If I visit Italy again, I would definitely like to eat there again.

17/02/2025: Very good location. One of my fav spots in Florence. Most wines come from Tuscany or France. The food (mostly finger food or plates) is delicious. Great value for the price
